Nothing like the pictures when we booked. Very shabby accommodation. One indoor very crowded pool and No facilities on site, you have to go int Saumur which is a lovely city. You have to pay extra for bedding . Beds uncomfortable and furniture all very old. Definitely not worth the money.

Far from town and remote. You have to walk your baggage from about a quarter of a mile from the parking lot to your apartment, because they don’t allow driving near the apartments, even though they have a good road. Maybe they do this to ensure the security of children playing around, but it is very inconvenient. We arrived late from dinner (wasn’t easy to find a restaurant in the small town on a Monday), and had to walk the quarter of a mile in the dark (no street lights), under the rain, with two exhausted kids. That was no fun.

Read this before you book.
What is omitted on the site is that you have to spend your final day cleaning everything except the windows before you leave or you loose your deposit. Then there is the tax to pay for your stay. There is no air condition, and they do not supply fans. No toiletries or cleaning products, so remember to take everything with you, or buy it from the supermarkets. The BBQ is a communal one, which you need to supply your own coals. No insect netting on the windows. If you want a separate bedroom, ensure you book a room for 4 people or you will end up with a smal studio. Not really suitable if your old and not able to mobilise well. Bathroom towels are thin. Not really fit for purpose. Take your own beach towels. Your seating area is very small, and not private. Seems nice for the children. There are a number of wineries in the area, and the town centre, which is worth a number of visits is only 15 minutes by car. There are a number of supermarkets close by. Take your own bags. Would only stay here again if it is not the height of the season when it is too warm. But then there are so many other places to visit in France

An unpleasant surprise
This facility is sub-standard, run down and in need of an extensive refurbishment. The room was very basic for what we paid and the walls were stained. Free parking was advertised but, depending on which room you are allocated, you can be required to walk hundreds of metres with your luggage on a cart because, with the strange exception of Saturday night (and it was made clear we were receiving a "special" privilege), guests are not allowed to park next to their chalet. Having been told we had the privilege of parking our car within the facility when we checked in on Saturday, we then received a phone call telling us that we had to move our car because it was not permitted.

Great resort hotel next to a golf course
I was surprised when I arrive. It is located in a golf course. Great setting, beautiful landscape, great room.

On a beaucoup apprécié notre sejour pour sa situation géographique, le calme du domaine et le fait que tout soit piéton. Ideal avec enfants. Le bémol est le manque de propreté des vestiaires de la piscine

Alles was goed volgens de verwachtingen, vriendelijke mensen aan de receptie : alleen in dat zwembad ( piscine) zouden zij beter een grote uurwerk aan de muur hangen en verder de zwembad zelf wat warmer of lauw maken, daarnaast de temperatuur van de douche voor het zwembad lauw zetten in plaats van extreme warmer temperatuur. Het was ook geen gratis WiFi, alleen betalende WiFi, dit zou eigenlijk gratis mogen zijn voor de klanten.

Les photos vues sur Expédia dans le descriptif de l’hébergement sont mensongères. Au lieu d’un lit double, nous avons eu droit à un canapé lit. De plus, l’accueil laisse à désirer et les prestations supplémentaires sont excessivement chères : le ménage est à 35€ et vu la taille du logement c’est honteux de demander un tel prix. Logement mal agencé que nous avons rendu plus propre qu’à notre arrivée et situé (comme par hasard) dans le fin fond de la propriété à quelques mètres de la maison rouge qu’il y avait sur le visuel de l’annonce. Arrivée à 17h et départ à 10h : départ tardif à 13h pour 15€. Attention la facture peut s’avérer très salée et bien plus chère qu’un hôtel si on se laisse avoir!! A fuir!!

L’annonce ne précise pas que draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis… soit 40€ de majoration pour une seule nuit de 4 personnes ! J’attends un remboursement d’hotels.com. Sinon, logement assez vieillissants aux installations minimes. Vieux crépis sur les murs, pas cozy, pas chaleureux. Ménage à faire soi-même = plein de poussière dans la baignoire… loin du centre

Les petites maisons individuelles dans un environnement propre ,c’est agréable et la piscine couverte est parfaite . L’accueil est convivial et très aimable et souriant . Le moins c’est le parking duquel il faut transporter toutes ses affaires avec un chariot . L’idéal serait un dépose minutes au niveau de l’accueil :des bagages . Nous avons eu beaucoup de bruit dès 7 h30 du matin chiens qui aboient , familles bruyantes. Peu etre repreciser d’une manière plus appuyer de respecter le calme ... sinon le manque de restaurants autour est gênants , marchands ambulants également et une navette déposant à saumur une fois par jour serait un plus

Résidence ideale famille Tout est piétonnier, cela implique de marcher un peu pour décharger la voiture mais la Résidence prete des chariots. Piscine couverte. Ce qui permet de se détendre apres les visites Tres bon accueil de l ensemble de l équipe Logement spacieux, nous avions pris un duplex

Environnement agréable, mais les appartements ne sont pas nickel, un goudronnage ou autre revêtement devant les entrées serait nécessaire car quand il pleut nous salissons rapidement les appartements. Le parking est trop loin, nous devrions au moins être autorisé à déposer les bagages.
