A weekend with family from Philadelphia. Used to live in Savannah, this was clean and average. A good value.

Beautiful!

Posted May 15, 2015
Pros: Quaint, well-kept, friendly staff
Cons: The a/c blew directly at the bed and could not be diverted (room 206).
Location: It's historic Savannah! Everything is in walking distance, including the oldest bar in Georgia (The Pirate House)
A well-appointed room and a friendly staff make this an excellent stay. Sure, staying at an older Inn may include lugging your luggage up a narrow flight of stairs, but it is well worth it. We didn't have time to try out the bar or restaurant but even locals we chatted with in the nearby park raved about its good food and good pours.

Kleines"Inn", gute Lage!

Posted May 15, 2015
Altes Hotel, mit besonderem Flair. Unser Zimmer groß, sogar mit Kamin, den man im Mai natürlich nicht braucht. Bad eher klein. Lage: zu Fuß vieles direkt erreichbar. Frühstück mit süßen Kleinigkeiten, Müsli, Saft, Früchte. ...

Pros: The central location to most attractions around the city. The walk to the bay front is only about a half mile away.
Location: within walking distance is a cemetary, historic mansions available for viewing, St. John's Church &many restaurants incl the one inside the hotel.,
My sister and I stayed in one of their cottages which is actually a house you share. The bedrooms/bathrooms are separate but the rest of the house is shared. Very beautiful inside. The location is so centrally located there is no need to rent a car for your visit. We walked everywhere we needed to go and the weather couldn't have been more perfect.

The place is haunted , which is exciting. Our room (201) actually creaked. Really cool! Next time we will book room 204 which is supposed to contain a real ghost named Anna.

A great place to stay!

Posted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: The staff, the atmosphere, closeness to everything.
Cons: Hard to get to the rooms for someone who had had knee replacement surgery! An elevator would've been nice.
Location: The river road area, all of the historical district, the trolley tours.
This was a great hotel to stay, very quaint, and nicely located to get to important places in Savannah. The staff was great and the rooms were spacious and modern. All in all a great place to stay!

Close to the sites. Comfortable, charming and would go there again. The bed in our room was very high, bring step stool.

Very quaint, comfortable bed, nice redone bathroom. If you are unable to carry your luggage up stairs, insist on a 1st floor room.

Beautiful room

Posted Apr 24, 2015
Pros: The room
Cons: Breakfast did not include any protein.
Location: Walking distance to riverfront and city market.
Room great. Communication could have been better. We returned from an outing to find a broken window with cardboard. Looked like a break-in. Had to go to the office to get information.
