Hotel was wonderful and a great location.

Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: Great location and complimentary coffee, juice, water for all guests.
Cons: Mention on your breakfast menu...you can order eggs, bacon and toast. Not just what is on the menu.
Location: Enjoyed the Historic Tour trolleys. All day for one rate. Great way to see a city.
Everyone was very helpful, smiled and offered information. Truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend Andaz to my family and friends.

Nice hotel. Great location.

Posted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: Clean, great location, modern decor, comfy bed
Cons: Check-in process was a bit long. There was a problem with the card reader.
Location: Close to shopping, restaurants, bars
Overall, our experience was good. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We liked the modern decor and the bed was comfy. Check-in took a little longer than expected. We were unhappy with our first room assignment (near ice maker and pool), but the staff willingly changed us to a much better location when we requested it.

Weekend trip to Savannah

Posted Aug 4, 2014
This hotel is in an awesome location. The only bad thing I could add is the parking sucks. Unless you don't mind carting all your luggage down the street to self park which costs $16 per day then you have to valet at a cost of $26 per day. The parking in Savannah is always a challenge. So not necessarily the fault of the hotel. The beds were nice and comfy. The complimentary minibar was nice as well. I would stay here again. I will know to just valet right away instead of driving around trying to figure out how to park.

Great hotel

From the moment I entered the door up to the time I said goodbye, I ft pampered and truly cared about fro The doorman to the housekeeper. Never before have I experienced such good care. The chilled glass of wine that greeted me at checking the daily beverage and snack supply in our room all complimentary. The fluffy white robe hanging in the closest along with the wonderful white slippers made me fe at home. We celebrated out 40th anniversary we could not have asked for more. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Savannah!

Nice Hotel, Convenient to Downtown Savannah

Posted Jun 22, 2014
Location: Everything is within walking distance!
Hotel staff very friendly, exemplary complimentary amenities in room, e.g. in room snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, slippers, etc. Room was comfy and pool was tucked away between buildings to shield some of the sunlight.

Exceeded our expectations

Pros: the staff, the comfortable and stylish furnishings and the location! So nice to have drinks and snacks provided. And the pool lounges were luxurious!
Cons: Instructions for self parking at the Whitaker garage could be included online
Location: perfect walking distance to City Market, 5 minutes to River Street and anywhere in the historic district!
After getting a great price by reserving early on Expedia, we were thrilled to be upgraded to a suite with a view overlooking Ellis Square. The room was gorgeous, uber comfortable and the complimentary goodies from the minibar was perfect to tide us over until dinner. The pool area was delightful and thanks to an extra hour in the morning (we asked for and were granted a late check out) we were able to have our coffee poolside and soak in some rays before heading out.

Pros: Fresh décor, yet still somehow had the Savannah touch. Fresh and clean everywhere, beds were comfortable and staff was awesome! Perfect location!
Location: We were across the street from one of the lovely 22 square parks in the city, across from the City Market, 2 blocks from the river and river walk
Very chic décor, and yet the room felt inviting and comfortable. Had a beautiful bar area in the lobby that seemed to be popular and full in the evenings, but we were never disturbed in our room. Everything was clean and well placed in the room and the bed was comfortable (very important). The location was excellent - close to everything! The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous and welcoming. We enjoyed the hotel and the city very much and would definitely stay at the Andaz Savannah again.

Enjoy staying there. Missed the old lobby though. New one too stark and felt as though greeters were in your space as you walked in.
