We stayed here for 4 nights on a trip to visit Savannah which is only 20 miles to the heart of the city from this hotel. Front staff was very friendly and rooms and all areas were very clean which is the most important thing to my wife. The breakfast was good and area kept clean and well stocked. All staff we came in contact with was very polite and ready to help with any question or request. We would stay here again.

Good location, rude desk clerk

First of all, the breakfast was absolutely awful! We stayed here because they allow pets. We were told one price for our small dog at check in, but charged much more at check out. Rebecca, the desk clerk, was extremely rude and dismissive when I calmly questioned her about it. The money was not the issue with me, rather the shady way this was carried out. I was extremely unhappy with the way I was treated and for this reason I will not return.

Beautiful location and close to Savannah

The hotel was fabulous and staff was very friendly and nice. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was fabulous. Overall a wonderful stay!!

Nice hotel

Hotel is clean, well maintained, and the rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable, and the location is quiet and not far from 95. We went to the restaurant recommendation down the street. Great choice. Fixed price of $15.95 includes soup or salad, main dish, a beer or glass of wine.

Horrible Hotel

Pros: The lobby and facilities were clean and nice. The staff was pleasant.
Cons: The rooms need a major upgrade for the prices they are charging.
The room was grungy and everything was very old. The furniture must have been from the early 90's. I cannot believe I paid $200 for what should have been a $60 room.

Comfortable, Family Friendly, and Free Breakfast

Pros: Great price and free breakfast
Cons: comfy pillows
We had a late check in and were helped right away. Friendly staff. Room was clean, bathroom was spacious. We are a family of 5 and felt comfortable in this room. Breakfast the next morning was a great plus with the kids. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were not as comfy, but did it's job. Great room rate that includes breakfast. We would rent a room at this hotel again.

Great hotel close to I95

Pros: The pillows were these weird square things, but I slept well.
Location: Short ride to Savannah and the Georgia low country.
This was the second time to stay here. Hotel is close to I95 and Savannah. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and breakfast has a nice variety. I would definitely stay here again.

Broken equipment

Cons: Fix things that are broken
The rooms thermostat was broken, It was so cold the walls had condensation or so warm, you felt physically ill. There was no in-between. The fan in the bathroom was broken, it didn't suck up the shower moisture, and this room was even hotter than the bed room. Very disappointing. Also the bathrooms next to the breakfast dining room were so cold, you couldn't even sit on the toilet seat.

Close to interstate

Location: Richmond Hill, GA off I-95.
Just an overnite stay, very convenient, clean and comfortable. Easy access to Interstate 95.
