We only stayed here for 1 night during our return home from a road trip. The hotel is in a PRIME LOCATION, making everything walking distance. The room was clean and bedding was comfortable. Our bathroom sink wasn’t working properly and hot breakfast turned out to be cold breakfast because they were “short staffed”. However, check-in staff was friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay.

I am so disappointed in the management of this hotel. My daughter and I stayed 4 nights total. 2 nights were fine but the Friday and Saturday nights included wild, loud teenagers running and screaming through the hotel, cars driving by with extremely loud radios with vibrations causing our room windows to rattle and multiple car alarms to go off all night long No Sleep at all. Saturday morning I informed the young man at front desk and he said he would have his manager contact me but no response from the manager. Saturday night same reckless behavior from these kids. Called hotel security and he did not seem to even know or hear these loud commotions. Loud again all night. What is that all about. Either you have security or you don’t. No sleep again. Sunday morning told young man at desk and he again said he would tell manager to contact me. It has been now 8 days since I am back home and no response. Have requested my money back for the 2 miserable nights. So dissatisfied. The cleaning staff and kitchen staff were good.

The location was good due to us wanting to be near the riverfront. However, we got what we paid for as far as the room’s appearance and sketchy exterior.

The breakfasts were horrible. 2 of the 4 days the eggs with ham and cheese were exceedingly runny. The first The last morning was only cold service. Sign said due to lack of staff. There were never any fresh bananas. Canned peaches were offered 2 of the 4 mornings. The first and second morning there was no decaf tea. It took maintenance 2 tries to eliminate a flashing blue light from the HVAC unit. Very very disruptive to sleep. Flushing the toilet was very noisy . It was so loud you couldn’t flush at night as would wake other person up. The No Smoking in public areas (in front of entrance and the walkways to the rooms) was not enforced. The 2nd floor ice machine was broken the entire length of the stay. The shower was exceedingly slow in delivering water. Said served cookies and lemonade from 5 to 7. Cookies were out by 5:30 . When asked if would be more was told “no”. There were blood stains on the extra blanket we requested. This was the worst stay I have ever experienced at a Best Western.

Room was clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Concierge “Mary” was wonderful! Needed toilet seat replaced upon arrival and was replaced within minutes. Noisy, due to exterior room doors, but knew that when reserving. Breakfast was good. Location was convenient to historical area. Would stay again.

Room was clean, outside of the room and the lobby, the pool area was not clean and the chairs tables etc were in need of replacement. Noise issue the first night was unresolved. I called the front desk at 4 am as the people next door were arguing very loudly, woke us up and they did not answer the phone when staff called to tell them to be quiet. Nothing else was done so we lost a great amount of our sleep on that first night. Disappointed that staff did not deal with the situation effectively at all. I asked the next morning to see if those people were checking out or staying. Told they were leaving and they did so good sleep the 2nd night.

Arrived early; couldn't check in. Came back later, checked in for 5 day stay for 2 to find only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel, sheets on one bed needed changing and a used coffee pod still in machine. Lack of sound dampening meant "pet friendly" barking/howling on several nights. Black mildew between shower tiles. Tub drained so slowly water was ankle deep during every shower. Cleaning staff did not always show up even though we saw them doing adjacent rooms when were going out, did not always leave toiletries. Obvious disrepair and crud build-up in several places, inside and outside of unit. Some stairwell lights not working. Sheet on one bed had 3" hole worn through it. Will be contacting Best Western since their brand was a primary factor in choosing this property. Breakfasts were OK.

Was kept up all night long by the room next to us with adjoining doors. I called several times and was told security was handling it and not once did anyone come. The location of this hotel is great. It's very clean and close to City Market and Riverwalk, however it's on a very noisy and busy intersection. We hardly slept during our stay because the traffic is insanely loud and you could hear it in the room. Also, the parking spaces are limited so if you need to go anywhere you may not be able to find a parking spot when you come back. Lastly, they are pet friendly which was great in our case, but there is no designated pet walking spots. Other than that, it was a great location and we had a great time celebrating my husband's birthday.

Fabulous breakfast. Very attentive and helpful especially the concierge. Breakfast attendant was very conscientious and area was exceptionally clean and stocked. Rooms really need to be deep cleaned. Comfortable beds. Convenient location.
