Bed mattress is too soft. Bath tub drains slow. AC was not cooling. Temperature was set at 67 degree and I was still sweating.

decent location

Posted Jun 21, 2015
Pros: The staff was very good.
Cons: The bed could have been better by being firmer.
Location: Location was great for me because i wasn't from there. location of the stores and resturants were close.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful with getting me information. The breakfast staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the equipment. They were very gracious and pleasant. the bed was not very comfortable, but the room was clean.

Good hotel for price

Posted Jun 1, 2015
Pros: Comfortable beds, quiet, microwave and refrigerator in rooms.
Cons: Some areas of the room could have been cleaner, but overall, the room was fairly clean.
Location: There is a Denny's right downstairs, a charming local fruit/veggie stand within walking distance. Walmart is two miles away.
We stayed at this hotel for SCAD's graduation weekend. They were one of the few who didn't jack their prices up exponentially as a result of the graduation. I was with my grandmother. I didn't consider that there may not be an elevator at the property and didn't ask for a first floor when booking. If you are with someone with disabilities, you will want to ask for a first floor room. The hotel is near several eating establishment. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to SCAD and downtown Savannah.

Right off 95

Posted May 25, 2015
Staff was friendly upon arriving and answered all questions we had. Booked 5 rooms and had to change one due to it being unclean but the front desk handled it quickly and efficiently. Breakfast in the morning was good and the attendant was helpful and kept it well stocked! Hotel is right off 95 which was nice as we were traveling to FL and had to get right back on 95 the next day.

This is a good hotel, as long as you ask for a room that is on the opposite side of the interstate. I did not know this and had loud traffic noise while trying to sleep.

It served my purpose as a stopover between my home and destination . Slightly less than halfway. The price was right and they had smoking rooms. Also they were close to two decent restaurants
