I had a great stay! I really liked how there was an airport shuttle. It made it very easy and convenient. I will stay here again when I’m back in the area. I wish there were more breakfast options besides bagels and muffins. Our room also did not get cleaned while I was there.

The facilities were clean and the staff friendly but the entire floor and especially the room we were in reeked of fresh paint. Our room had painters tape covering both sprinklers in the room (fire safety violation!?). Other than the sketchy elevator that's about it.

No ice bucket or cups in room. Went to the desk for ice bucket and was told none available. One wash cloth, one hand towel and 2 small bath towels. There were 2 of us. One plug on one side of bed none on other side. No coffee maker or microwave. Breakfast was a joke - bagels, yogurt and wrapped muffins. Won’t be back.

They were changing over to a Hilton that day, they were not ready for guests, remolding going on all over the whole hotel. Never should have been open to guests especially for the premium price they were charging! The manager said she would take care of us, but when I went down to check out nothing had been done and she wasn’t there. The manager on duty said she would comp our rooms, which is very nice but still waiting for my cc to be credited.

This hotel was like a war zone! I understand it is being remodeled, but guests should receive a nice discount for the having to deal with the noise, trash, terrible breakfast bar, etc.

I understand that they were under construction but even that the room didn't have any towels or any toiletries in it there's no microwave the shower made a loud whistle and the staff seemed more intent on making sure the construction workers had rooms but not keeping the cross traffic noise down after hours

This property is under a remodel conversion to a Hilton. We were in a room on the first floor where the walls were being sheetrocked and dusty. Our room key only worked sporadically. In the morning we went down to have breakfast and found there was nothing left. Eggs were gone, no fruit - a joke. We went to a Toasted Yolk and spent $41 for breakfast. Parking was limited as the construction crew had closed off areas. Parking lot lights were not working in some areas of the lot. We have a noncancellable reservation at the same hotel for Feb. 18 but we will not stay there. Would be nice to receive a reimbursement as we will be staying at a Holiday Inn at a neighboring location.

From the moment I walked in the Front Desk CSR Navada was Excellent! She went above and beyond with her service! I had stayed here before and she was excellent then too (Hospitality is key to a good stay)! Thank You!! Want to give a shout out to Winsom, She was working the breakfast area and came right over and helped the customers & me with making sure we had everything we needed! The only negative I have is the shape of the hotel. It needs renovations to bring it back to life. Do wish the bar had been open. It was closed when I was here last time too.

Close to the airport. Check-in staff were never the most personable or friendly any of the 3 different times we stayed. Bathroom light/fan was in Off position but NEVER shut off. Blow dryers either didn't work or were no longer attached to the wall. Elevator and room floors were dirty.

The hotel premises were dirty, truly! The carpet has stains all over. The elevator smells really bad. The room's carpet had stains that looked disgusting. The air conditioner was the most dirty, unhealthy and the small, OMG, I can't even describe! The mattres wasn't comfy at all, it felt like I was falling from the bed the whole night, as it was uneven. To be fair, the bathroom looked clean. My family and I couldn't sleep because if the air conditioning smell, we had to turn it off. Never ever again! The worse accomodation ever for the price we paid!

Great value!
We wanted a basic hotel that wouldn’t break the bank just for the night before an early morning flight. This fit our needs. The front desk staff were pleasant and efficient with check in and check out ( and we checked out at 4 am!!). Although the property is not new and could use some freshening, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet even though it was quite busy. Would do the same again

After driving 16 hours we were pleasantly surprised that the room was very clean and cozy, considering we had a room that allowed pets. (We had our two well behaved dogs)Unfortunately, as soon as we turned in for the night, the room next to ours seemed to have a WWE event in their room. The epic noise kept us awake until well after 1am. Not a good experience!

Don’t stay here
The room was across from the breakfast area. The door lock didn’t work. The our dude number didn’t match the emergency chart in the inside. It looked like there was throw up or some pinkish liquid on the AC unit. It bed sounded like it was falling apart.
Top locked worked.  Bottom didn’t.
I was in room 120 according to my room packet and the number outside.

The sink stopper was missing. The chrome rim around the sink drain was broken. A bottle cap was resting down the drain. The bathroom light switch cover was broken. This was a handicap accessible room which we requested and the hang rod was low for wheelchair access, but too low for garments to fit, and the upper portion was taken up by the ironing board.
