Good location

I travel from Florida to Maine and trailer a boat. This hotel has very good parking space for my truck and boat and is just a couple minutes off the highway.

Only problem was small voices very early . really parents fault. Kids will be kids. Adults are supposed to be adults.

Nice staff, ok rooms.

Pros: Staff and complimentary breakfast.
Cons: Room conditions. Beds and electronics were great. Cleanliness and condition of rooms were ok.
Location: Flying out of the Savannah Hilton Head Airport.
Great customer service, rooms were not as nice as I thought they would be.

Pros: Proximity to the interstate is all.
Cons: Maintenance and quality assurance.
Location: Lots of history in the area. Good sea food. A nice beach.
Sink was partially stopped up. They unstopped it the next day while we were out but they should check things like that before guests arrive. The ice maker on our floor was broken the whole time we were there even though we reported it the night that we arrived. We had to make trips to another floor each day. They had a very heavy bed spread on the beds and a light sheet, nothing in between even though we requested something. The top spread had a red stain on it. Not sure what it was.

Great hotel near the Interstate

Pros: Clean and very quiet.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great fitness room with weight machines. Near Whole Foods!

Pros: very quick trip to their airport and interstate.
almost everything (juice machines, eggs, biscuits, milk pitchers, etc.) was empty and it took a while for the 1 attendant to re-fill dishes so don't be in a hurry. it was pretty good if you can wait for it.

Very noisy - outside our room and above us...not recommend staying on 1st floor

Close to airport

We just needed to stay one night since our flight got delayed due to snow. We stayed in a king suite. Very spacious, nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. Did not get to try breakfast because out flight was so early the next day. Very much worth the stay! Staff was very nice and helpful during our short stay.

The front desk staff was a little colder then I would have liked. when I inquired about the airport shuttle at 8:30am the next morning I inquired as to if I needed to be down at 8:30...before I could follow up with "or do you need me down a couple minutes earlier", the front desk agent rudely replied "if you want a ride to the airport you do". Normally and as I did in this situation, I laughed because I can take a joke, but she had no indication she was joking. Nor was she warm or at all kind. She was nicer to the family in front. I don't know if it had anything to do with the fact that I had booked through expedia rather than the hotel itself, but either way, the hotel received my business so what's the difference?
