Hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here for the next trip to Savannah.

convenient comfort close to historic sites

comfortable and quiet large room. Reception was quite efficient on entry, but slow on leaving when trying to obtain bill. Valet was excellent, but you must pay extra for parking. Bed was great. Bath was small. Typical toiletries are provided but I was annoyed to find the moisturizer was half-empty, leading me to believe it had already been used by another guest. Lobby and elevator could use some upgrading. Fantastic location walking distance to Savannah's lushly overgrown historic residential squares. Concierge friendly and helpful in selecting restaurants and sites to see.

Great location near the Visitors Center

Pros: The location to the interstate (we drove from Florida) and the Visitors Center.Walking distance to tour bus, restaurant and quietness of the area.
Cons: No complaints
Location: I did above.
Three days of really nice people.. great southern breakfast at the hotel... touring a beautiful city with no hassles,, the entire city caters to trourists.

Great "courtyard" which was nice for a glass of wine in the evening. The lobby was really nice too. Great location and friendly staff.

nice hotel but requires walking for town center

Pros: decent, run of the mill, no surprises
Cons: cheaper valet
Location: good walking distance to all the major happening neighborhoods,squares and parks. however the town is very nice to walk to so no biggy
nice facility, comfortable, wifi worked well. Its a bit of a walk to all the restaurants and bars and the more popular parks, and the even farther walk to the riverfront. There is a brewery across the street but for some reason it closes on the early side. No view to speak of, but maybe a higher floor would have that.

Location: It Savannah!!!!
no room service, not enough valet parking staff, no vending machines on the floors. Otherwise, walking distance to everything!

Great location. Disappointing service.

Pros: Location.
Upon arrival, our bathroom had not been cleaned (dirty towels on rack and in tub). There was no other room available but they did clean it immediately. The front desk staff member was unaware of late night tours to the cemetary. Really?!? And finally, it took 30 minutes to get a cab from the hotel. The desk attendant was just getting her personal vehicle to give us a rid when the cab arrived. My plane was boarding when I got to the airport.

Excellent!...with the exception of the Air Cond.

The staff was excellent. Great location. BUT the air conditioner was EXTREMELY loud and I could not rest due to the noise! I would give a 10 out of 10 but because of my lack of rest, I have to give 7/10

We stayed from April 30 to May 3, 2014. Check in was quick, the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed for the price we paid and was cleaned very well each day.
