They will bill you for a day before you get there then charge the full amount upon check in. They will promise your money will be returned the next working day. It will not. We had an additional $190 debit from our account that was not covered upfront that was supposed to be for food and fuel home. It’s now Tuesday and that money has not been returned and we now have several overdrafts on our account because of it. Plus the whole property is nasty with drug deals happening in the front driveway daily. Just don’t stay here.

The young lady working the front counter was so sweet, we stayed for 4 days and thought it would be good. Not once did housekeeping come and do anything. We had to ask for extra towels and to top the trip off we only did their breakfast the last day which led to all of us having food poisoning. It made for a LONG gross drive home.

Not great kind of a crumby motel. Room was never cleaned or restocked during a 4 night stay, had to ask for toilet paper when it ran out. Someone on the premises was screaming at the top of their lungs at about midnight, it sounded like kids bullying each other and it lasted a couple of hours, if there were any staff there I am sure that they heard and it likely kept the entire motel up I had to be up at 5am the next morning so it was not ideal. The area seemed safe and it was a short drive to downtown Savannah.

Next to my destination.
It’s a basic room with a refrigerator at a decent price. Anytime I needed anything, they were always available. Also there was a nice buffet next door to the property where we ate dinner.

The property was clean, but really needs an upgrade. Most of the furniture is worn and needs to be replaced. However, the price was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Great location for what we were on town for. Overall good stay.. Needs an upgrade/renovation.

Great location, right next to a wonderful buffet. Connecting rooms nice. Unfortunately we were right by the stairs and we could hear everything everyone said as they walked by (SUPER loud.) Our room reeked of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was...OK. Watery eggs, just a few pieces of bread available to toast, a single banana. Sausage patties were OK and the waffle mix and irons were fine. Staff was lovely, parking easy, price good. Everything basic, which is appropriate for the cost.

Couldn't swim pool looks dirty or stained. Breakfast was very minimal and didn't offer enough of the simple breakfast. The eggs tasted horrible. Banana was almost completely black. Could've had some fresh fruits like apple and oranges. Maybe even some raisins and dried cranberries for the oatmeal. I felt they were stingy with that not even any juice.

Our room smelled like smoke, phone to lobby did not work, remote didnt work and sheet dirty. There was a space under the door where bugs or anything could have come in. Maybe a 1/4-1/2 inch space. So weird. Front desk was polite though. Replacement for remote was quick, after calling form personal line 😂

Disappointing, outdated and not worth it
Hotel felt more like a motel. Rooms were dark and had a musty smell. Had to turn on the AC when we got there. They turned off during the night to reset and the rooms got super hot so I woke up every night. The beds seemed clean but the sink and bathroom had stains that made it look dirty. We stayed for three nights and when we asked why our room hadn’t been cleaned after the first night, we were told that we had to request it. No one shared that at check-in. Had to request extra towels and wash clothes even though our reservation clearly stated we had children with us and specified how many. The pool was dingy looking and had lots of stuff floating; I didn’t even let my kids go in. The breakfast was horrible. There were 3 types of dry cereal, packets of oatmeal, milk, hot water, coffee and tea bags. No juice. They had one type of yogurt, the eggs looked like grits and tasted strange and we had no clue what type of sausage was being served. The waffle maker broke so everyone had to wait to use the one that worked, which made the thickest waffles I’ve ever seen. At check-out I had to wait for almost 10 mins for someone to acknowledge me and all he said was “leave the key in the blue basket, it’s automatic check-out.” Savannah was great but I will definitely not be staying at this location again.

Unfortunately the room smelled like mild and smoke. There seemed to be mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Moldings around room were old and falling apart. Shower curtain had pink stains at bottom where water hits. Breakfast was not breakfast. Eggs had a veey old flavor. 1 piece of fruit available, 2 yogurts. There werent any condiments for the bread items available. Nothing to drink but water.

Some guest had a big dog that barked a lot my first night stay and upstairs over me was very noisy like the guest was doing construction work.

This place is deceiving in the pictures. The pictures looks nice and clean. It’s the opposite. The place is old and dirty. The toilet rocks and the bathtub had disgusting mold and mildew. They don’t clean your room unless you are staying 3 or more nights. Don’t recommend just because of cleanliness.
