“NOT BAD”

THE ENTIRE STAFF WERE FANTASTIC wE COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE DID NOT SEE THE REASON TO PAY FOR PARKING

“Great hotel for a reasonable price.”

The hotel staff was very pleasant. Lobby areas were clean and well kept. The location was perfect. We never moved the car and walked everywhere. It is a half block to City Market and about 3 blocks to River Street. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Judy R

“Wonderful experience”

Your staff is so courteous and very helpful. I arrived early and was relieved to find out my room was ready for early check-in. Your staff was familiar with Savannah and was very helpful with directions and great restaurant recommendations. I would love to visit this remarkable city again and I would not hesitate to make another reservation at your hotel again.

“A hotel to remember as a great place to stay”

We were greeted in a friendly and helpful manner starting with the Valet and the front desk person. Our room was ready when we arrived at noon much to our surprise as the hotel looked very busy and check in is not until 4 pm. The warm chewy chocolate cookie on arrival is a very nice touch. The concierge, Janice was extremely helpful in guiding us through the best scenarios for us to get the most out of Savannah in our limited time of stay. We thank her very much for that. We enjoyed dinner in our room with speedy service and great food. We overlooked Bay Street with a great view and really did not find the noise a factor that some people talked about. The location was the best for walking and locating tours. The river front is just opposite the hotel and lovely to stroll along. The City Market is just behind the Hotel....another bonus!

“Avoid Bay Street rooms”

Our room was facing Bay Street. I would recommend having an inside room as the noise of the trucks on Bay Street was annoying. A leaky bathroom fixture was repaired immediately. A great stay overall.

“Stay in Savannah!!”

Hotel is great location. Very nice staff. Have to use valet parking - $15 per day. Would definitely stay there again.

“Family friendly”

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Location was great for activity at the Savannah Civic Center. Within short walking distance to the Market area and Riverstreet. Loved the warm chocolate chip cookies offered at check-in and at check-out ( if requested.)

“Parking”

The only thing is the parking that could be improved. I really wish that you had more parking around the hotel, so that if you didn.t want the valet, you would have a choice. That money could go to do something around Savannah with that extra money. Other than that everything was superb.

“Fun trip to Savannah.”

This hotel was in the perfect location for our visit to the riverfront. From the front desk to the valet to the restaurant, this hotel was very comfortable.
