Easy access to airport and large rooms.Posted Dec 23, 2013
Pros: Size of the rooms and the staff.
Location: Close the plenty of restaurant options as Pooler is growing and easy access to downtown Savannah.
The location is easy to get to the airport and easy access to the interstate. Plenty of nearby restaurants as the Pooler area is growing. Easy access to downtown Savannah. The rooms are very spacious and nicely designed. The hotel was changing their business name and going through some remodeling due to the change so I expect next time I stay here it will be even nicer. I had a enjoyable 2 night stay.

Non-working A/CPosted Nov 25, 2013
My family stayed at the Cambria Suites on a Friday night on the way down to Disney World. After getting my kids in the bed, it came to our attention that the A/C was not working. The maintenance man came up, looked at it, and said we would have to change rooms. We were offered a free buffet breakfast (which was awful) in exchange for our inconvenience. I had booked through Expedia (before our trip) for the following Saturday night on our way back from Disney World. Thinking our experience was a fluke, we decided to keep the reservation and give them another try. We were given the same room upon check-in that we were given the prior Friday night. I assumed that in a week's time, the A/C would have been fixed. Wrong! We were then moved to another room......where the A/C was also broken. We finally had to be moved to a suite without a King bed. And the only thing that was done was we were once again offered a free breakfast buffet. NEVER staying here again!

Loved it!Posted Nov 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was my first stay in a Cambria and I will stay again and again and again. I can't say enough by how well I was treated, the wonderful staff at the front desk, the beautiful room. I am a frequent traveler and will always look for a Cambria to stay in. It was a stark contrast to how I was treated at a well known chain hotel the night before. I will stay at Cambria and not at the other chain hotel.

Nice budget hotel if you want to stay near the Savannah Hilton Head Airport. The breakfast cost about $10 per person and is very similar to what other hotels give you free of charge. Skip it and have breakfast elsewhere.

DisappointingPosted Oct 29, 2013
Pros: Nothing to speak of.
Cons: Needs more lighting.
I had paid for my room on line before arrival, and when I arrived, they asked for a credit card for "incidentals", which I had never experienced before. This is a non-smoking hotel, and I could smell the faint smell of cigarettes in the room when I settled in. I called the front desk and did tell them I wasn't moving due to having already unpacked, and they only offered air freshener. Also, the room was very dark, too little lighting. The extra room with couch and additional TV was okay, but I never used it. All in all, I found the room's atmosphere cold and unappealing. Also, on some of the brochures laying around the room, there was some liquid that had been spilled on them - I found that disturbing. I won't stay there again.

3 nights in SavannahPosted Oct 2, 2013
Pros: Beautifully decorated, loved the bath and body soaps, the hot tea was great, having 2 TVs in the room with a couch and chair. Having a real closet!
Cons: The only thing I can think of is that a little more lighting in the sitting area would of been nice. Sometimes, it seemed a little dark in there.
Location: Being near the airport was great! The plane noise wasn't very noticeable inside the hotel. Lots of places to eat near the hotel. Gas and shopping.
I love this hotel! It is a very pretty hotel and very clean. The room was decorated very nicely and the bathroom soaps and lotions were wonderful. It was great having a microwave and refrigerator in the room, so I could choose between eating the hotel's food or something special that I wanted from somewhere else. Having the sitting area with a chair, couch, and second TV was great for inviting my local friends over to see my great room. I loved the pool area and workout room were wonderful, and I used them everyday. The staff were all very friendly to me and got me anything I needed. I had a great experience at this hotel and will enjoy staying there again on my next trip to Savannah!
