A great Experience...

Posted Jun 7, 2014
Pros: What could you not like?
Easy Bay Inn is an experience in history, culture, architecture, vintage furniture, furnishings. Two days is equivalent to a college semester. No one is too old to learn and East Bay Inn and Savannah, in general, are learning experiences, to be sure. It could well be that America of today with all of our incredible technology has much to learn of America in that period---completely deleting the disgusting slavery issue.

vacation

Posted May 25, 2014
Pros: Atmosphere and staff.
Location: Location on Eastbay St was great in the historic part of town.
Fabulous staff, but the room was a bit tight. In fairness, we knew it would be small. It was difficult to hang out there at all. Delightful atmosphere. Just what we were looking for in Savannah.

Old world charm!!

Posted Apr 29, 2014
Pros: Everything!
Cons: This is the hardest question on your list. Hmmm, I didn't know that there was diet soda available for purchase at the desk. (that is really reachin
Location: We loved walking to different sites on the map. The marketplace was wonderful, the river walk was fun. We fell in love with Savannah as we walked.
We had a fabulous stay at the Inn. Yes, good beds, good shower but so much more. The Inn is charming with old world grace and elegance. The hotel staff were warm and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. I just might miss those yummy biscuits forever. We would go back in a heartbeat...

East Bay In n fit the bill for our visit.

Posted Apr 26, 2014
Pros: The service and the people.
Cons: Housekeeping.
Location: It was right across from the river in the old historic area, easy walking distance of most attractions, the beautiful squares/parks, and restaurants.
Our whole experience went smoothly with the exceptional help of the front desk (especially Julie) setting us up with restaurants, rides, and tours.Offering fresh bottled water whenever we needed it was a special touch! The morning included breakfast was much more than just continental including eggs and ham or some other meat along with a full range of cold options. Very nice and unexpected. The rooms were cozy and pleasant, but the major disappointment was the cleanliness. We contacted the front desk when we first got in our room after noticing the trash under the bed which was cleaned up quickly. However, the rooms were not vacuumed every day, the corners of the bathroom had black dirt, and although neat, we felt little was done in the cleaning department other than change the towels. Other than this issue, we were very pleased with East Bay.

My Stay at EAst Bay Inn

Posted Apr 26, 2014
Pros: Everything, including it's location.
Cons: There was a little trash in front of the hotel that should have been picked up by staff.
Location: Great locate; easy walking distance to tourist area and town neighborhoods and parks.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had many choices so no need to eat breakfast anywhere else. The early evening snake and wine were a perfect way to start your night.
