You never go wrong with Embassy Suites

Suites is the best reasonably priced hotel. Happy hour and cooked to order breakfast... Without a doubt it is my favorite hotel chain.

Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with good variety. Vending machines could be better stocked. Had to go to four different floors to find one that was not sold out.

Pros: Free Wi-Fi. Cook to order breakfast, evening mangers happy hour. Great comfortable beds. Two TVs one in each room which was nice.
Location: Close to I-95 on and off ramps, both north and south. Lots of places to eat nearby.
Nice stop on the drive down and also on the way back. Great location, near I-95.

Airport Embassy Suites

Posted Mar 30, 2014
You know what you're getting at an airport Embassy Suites. BEWARE however to put Pooler and not Savannah in your GPS or you'll end up in a gated residential community in Savannah (like I did). Staff was marginally interested in my stay. Pretty good food and facility.

Clean room. Marginal breakfast.

Pros: It was ok.
Cons: Have a sign so you know to seat and serve yourself or maybe a person that can answer questions.
Room stay was fine. The breakfast that was included was forage for yourself. No sign of any staff around during entire meal, so what's laid out is what you get. Wouldn't have paid money for eggs sitting out that long.

Stayed at hotel to attend the St. Patrick's Day festivities. The hotel was perfect. We especially appreciated Constance at the front desk. She provided excellent service and offered great recommendations.

Good for business travel

Pros: Location, ease of check-in, staff, breakfast quality
Cons: Add bathroom amenities; vanity kit. Desk chair was sub-par, needs to be replaced
Check-in was very easy and quick. The room was spacious though one of the queen beds in our room was pushed right up to the window, so no pathway on that side. Bathroom amenities were limited, but good quality. Good size if you are working in the room, though limited outlet availability near the desk. The breakfast was great and very high quality.

Great choice

Posted Mar 18, 2014
I decided to stay here the weekend of st Patrick's day. As everyone knows, that's a pretty hectic weekend in Savannah. I reserved a two room two queen beds with a sofa pull out. I was in a group of 6 adults and our stay was great. We checked in very late and there was no wait. The lobby was very nice and I saw a limo idling in the parking lot. We stayed on the sixth floor and we had plenty of towels with clean crisp fresh sheets. You wouldn't have know it was booked if it was any other weekend, meaning check out ran smoothly and breakfast offered several options from a made to order omlette to a breakfast buffet. Cereal and other grains such as toast and bagels for others. Thank you for such a pleasant stay, I will be back again. This hotel lived up to the reputation of reliabability and consistency that Embassy Suites always offers.
