The property and rooms are so outdated, the building should probably be condemned. There was mold all in the bathroom wall, the ceiling is falling apart in some parts of the room. The property was dark, the lights in the halls were not working. Only lights working were in the lot. Definitely not worth what I paid and you couldn't pay me to stay here again

This place needs a complete renovation but if you just need somewhere affordable to sleep and wash this is the place. The breakfast was good, pool was clean,staff was very attentive and friendly.

We checked into the hotel late at night. When we got to our hotel room, the door was open...? The cleaning staff must have forgotten to close it, but this really sketched my husband and I out. The room was relatively clean, but I stepped in something sticky on the carpet and when I went to use a bar of soap, the two soaps were stuck together with something that looked like toothpaste? In the morning when we went down for the free breakfast, you could tell no one was maintaining the space. It was dirty from previous patrons and there was an extremely limited selection of food, like no one was actively restocking it. The breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:30 I think. We got there around 8:30. Overall, I will not be coming back to this hotel.

I was concerned at first. It is a motel with entrance from outside. I checked out the room before I brought in my bags. I was pleasantly impressed by the room. The lady that registered me was awesome and very friendly. I would stay there again

This place is for drug users I do not recommend!! It smells weird, it’s dirty, the tubs are rusted, and the walls are FILTHY!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!

King size bed was clean and comfortable. Room had a strong smell of chemicals. Furniture tops and lamp bases covered with a greasy chemical film. Towels were thin and worn and face cloths were stained.

The hotel was convenient to the hospital we needed to be at. As for the hotel. They need to make sure that everything in the room works. Our toilet kept clogging up. The light bulb in bathroom turned into a strobe light. We asked the girl at the front desk before we left out to please have the maid service clean the room and change the linens and provide more toilet tissue and clean towels. We went out and came back and nothing was done. My key to the room never worked we had to keep asking the desk to key again for us. It was really not worth the rating I gave or the PRICE $$$$ I PAID FOR THE ROOM. I hope that the money the hotel held actually gets given back to me. I do know next time I come to Savannan, I WILL NOT USE THIS HOTEL. WAY TOO MANY PROBLEMS and they didn't really care either and I paid a lot of money for that week I stayed and the cancellation policy SUCKS too, that's why I HAD to stay the entire time.

Front desk was unfriendly / slightly rude with what seemed to be an inconvenience to doing her job. Multiple issues with broken equipment-Refrigerator not working, ac / heater has dirty/white mold around the venting area and shower head leaks all over the floor on the side of the toilet area.

The bed and pillows were good and all 3 staff I dealt with were friendly. I have nothing else good to say. The doors were not working, went to the desk twice to get it fixed. Had to wait for a man to come change some batteries. The first room the TV was no good. The second room the lamp shades had spatter stains, the wire from the ac unit was laying on the floor. The chair in the room was ripped. The second floor elevator button to go down is broken. Breakfast was terrible. The bananas were all brown, the toast and bagels were empty. There was a sign up to heat up the sausage. The juices were watered down.

For what you pay it’s great! A 5-10 minute drive to everything Savannah has to offer. Staff was super nice and very accommodating. Free breakfast was great too! Free parking and the ice machines all worked.

One of the worst places we have stayed!! When we checked in there were homeless standing blocking the door and arguing. The desk lady was so rude and told me to hurry up! If I could have gotten a refund I would have immediately left. I felt unsafe and put a chair in front of our door.

As soon as we pulled up, I had to look up the property on Expedia to make sure we were at the right place. The pictures are deceiving. It is ran down. We checked in, but were weary before we even got out of the car. There was a truck thumping loud music with a couple of guys drinking and cussing in the parking lot. It was 6pm on a Sunday.. we were walking in and there was open luggage behind the door to get in, and a woman pacing the parking lot on the phone arguing with someone loudly. We tried to avoid moving the luggage to step inside, and it just smelled rank. The front desk lady wasn't very friendly, but we got our key and went to the room. You had to use your key card to even get on the elevator. The buttons were broked on the elevator. The room was outside on the 2nd floor. The truck with the guys was right across from our room. The door looked like someone tried to kick it in. We opened it and it smelled horrible. The sheets looked like someone was sitting on the bed. There was black mold in the toilet and tub. The floors and mirrors were dirty. It was dark and damp. There was a small air conditioner on the floor, and the men outside were so loud even with the door closed. I did not feel safe. We took our luggage back out to the car and I contacted Expedia immediately. They called and talked to the front desk lady, and she told them I didn't come to her to complain. I didn't get a refund, I was out my money for 2 nights, being there only 45 minutes. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The first room we. We’re in was dirty. Hair and stains on bed. As the front desk lady was kind, she first gave us sheets to change the bed and then after the second time going up because the beds were dirty she changed our room. I was just a hassle and the room was gross.

The place looks rundown. Feels rundown. Smells rundown. Caked paint on the wall in the bathroom. Electric plugs covered over; wouldn’t take a three prong anymore. Even the elevator button was broken; you had to hit the up button even if you were going down - the down button didn’t work at all. It was cracked on the face, and the light never came on. They ought to be embarrassed to have this place open.

My room was infested with roaches. They were crawling on the walls, bathroom sink and even in the bed. Was not able to sleep. I do not recommend no one stay here. At check out I wanted to speak with the Manager and was told he wasn’t available but would contact me later. This was a $60 a night hotel at best. I was charged over a $100.
