Nice stay..great access to I 95.
This hotel is great access to I95. Easy off and on. Nice restaurants within a mile. Bed was comfortable, room was nice but really needs updated. Easy check in. Lot of parking spaces.Still no breakfast because of Co-Vid. Would be nice to offer pre packaged muffins and juice would be great.

Possibly come back again
Nice spacious suites, Huge bathtub, great space for a family of 4. Clean room.Pool was open from 8am to 8pm with a outside rinse off showerhead and restroom.(The pool is not cold though)Convenient area, right across the street from Applebees, Houlihans and only 12 minutes from Savannah airport. The only bad thing was there's a 25$ deposit they don't mention and no breakfast right now due to the Covid pandemic.

Disappointment this stay
I have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times. This time check in took extra long. Room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. Only 2 towels for 4 adults. Was told only I could come down for more. Paid a lot more than other stays and no breakfast..Will look elsewhere next time.

The staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel itself could use some TLC. It’s an older building and there hasn’t been any upgrades since it went up from what I can see.

Not so pleased.
My stay wasn't to bad.just want please with the overall cleanliness.the jacuzzi tub didn't work at all and the front desk staff was a little rude. The pool never opened on time in the morning and I didn't like that we where limited on how many towels and wash cloths we could get. And in order to get extra we had to take our used towels to the front desk. If your going into town to party and just need the room to sleep this is the place.of you need a place for comfort then look else where.

The pictures of this hotel appeared nice online. However, on arrival the outside of the building needed cleaning. The inside had a musty smell and the hallway carpet was dirty with no recent signs of vacuuming. Our room was more of the same: dirty floor, couch stains, rubber patch on the bathtub, even the inside security latch on the room door was broken. So not only was the place dirty, but also felt unsafe. We didn’t ask to change rooms since the whole place seemed dirty, so what’s the point.

Upon checking in everyrhing looked ok. When taking a bath, the shower was dirty. Wanted to try the jet tub, but no way. The air conditioner didn't get cool. It was burning or something. The smell was bad!!!! The room had mold, my allergies were so bad u got sick and had to pull out the spare bef. All i felt was springs. No breakfast at all!!! The shower whisled and made the loudest sound. Im not exaggerating. Not wirth it. I should have a refund because i had to leave in the middle of the night. Bad all around

The Front desk staff were great, however that was probably the best part of our stay. We had a King Suite on the first floor. The Free WiFi was unusable the signal if we could connect kept dropping out. The room had stains all over the walls. As we always do in other hotel chains, we left our Do Not Disturb cars on the door while we had breakfast. We finished breakfast and grabbed our stuff for the day removed the the DND card and left. We spent the day with family and on our return found the room EXACTLY as we left it, bed unmade, towels on the bathroom floor, OUR ROOM HAD NOT BEEN SERVICED, when I went to the front desk to complain I was told it was because there was a DND card on the door when the housekeeping staff came by, I was offered fresh towels but nothing else. The DND card was off the door and we were out of the hotel by 10:20 that morning and because the DND was on the door they NEVER attempted to service the room again, even though they were still servicing rooms as we left for the day. This has NEVER happened before Breakfast was the typical range of food for a hotel however if it was tepid you were lucky. My wife and I tried to use the toaster and were told by the hostess (?) if we wanted to use the left side we would have to hold it down. Coffee was poor quality and badly kept (my wife works for a large coffee company so we know how it should be presente for maximum quality), the juice machine had labels missing so you hoped you got what you wanted

Good value for price.
Stayed 2 nts, room was outdated but pretty clean, window sills were quite dusty tho. Lady at breakfast really needs to pull her hair back and wear a hair net while working with all the food. Overall good for the price and location. Would stay again.

The staff was rued, room was kinda clean. Hair on the bed, stuff in the jacuzzi tub ( that did not work ) toilet lid was busted,one of the tv remotes did not have batteries, and the bed sheets were old a very worn.

This place is beyond terrible for a 3 star rating, the floors was dirty, the chairs stained, the tub was clogged and we had to changed room, the bed sheets smells and it looks like they did not washed them!?! I felt bad for my 13 year old son who had to experience this, he saw sticky stuff in the bathroom which he thought was from a man 😡😡😡 We had just travelled 17 hrs and encountered this, kinda wish we had slept in the car instead.

I already sent an email and received a response from you regarding cleanliness...... the second room was very good..... my response was pleasing due to the poor breakfast in relation to other hotels and the seemingly uncaring attitude of the worker there. The toaster was only 1/2 working and mini bagels were literally hockey picks ..... totally unetable! .....The room was great. Location was great and front desk people wonderful.

The property was in a good location, and reasonably priced. The room was clean and had creature comfort’s relevant for needs. The morning Cottonelle breakfast was better than some but could still use some work. Overall it was a good experience for a good price

Lady who works the night audit for dec 27 night shift front desk is very uninviting. Had displeasing experiences with her that night at check-in and the next morning at breakfast. Go somewhere else for breakfast my son wouldn't even eat the waffle there is no syrup cranberry juice was empty apple juice tastes like water my room had a Jacuzzi bathtub but of course the Jets didn't work I can keep going but on a good note the room was huge

Staff was super friendly. Corporate needs to dedicate funding for renovations. Shower leaks all over bathroom floor. Bedding was not super clean, breakfast area stands and equipment are totally outdated and in very poor condition (visible rust).Breakfast was fair. Food was hot, breads, bagels and muffins were all stale. Rooms need major overhauls, all repairs are very visible.
