Pros: See above
Cons: Offer lunch.
Location: Nearby Savannah, airport, GulfStream and my son.
I have stayed here twice---the friendliest and most accommodating staff. Super clean room ( cleaning staff are superb!). Dining room is pleasant, food is good ( a little pricey, but I'd expect that in a hotel). Excellent shuttle service to & from the airport. Again, the friendliest staff I have ever encountered.

Nice hotel 15 minutes from River StreetPosted Jul 13, 2014
The hotel was nice and comfy, also family and pet friendly. We were in town for the 4th of July weekend and it was very convenient to get to River street and Tybee Island from this location.

Nice hotel close to Tybee Island Beach.Posted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: The comfortable atmosphere.
Cons: Pool hours should be extended until 11pm like the fitness area.
Location: The location is nice if you want to visit Historic Downtown Savannah and only 26 minutes from Tybee Island Beach.
I enjoyed my stay the host was very pleasant. The room was very clean and the beds were oh so comfortable.

OverpricedPosted May 5, 2014
The hotel was way overpriced for the cleanliness and appearance of the room when we checked in. The lamp shades were visibly mishandled and looked like they had been thrown down. The door to freezer was broken when we tried to put something into it and the door came off in my hand. There was paper in the floor when we came in the room also. I had to mention these things to the staff so my card would not be charged as we did it. My biggest disappointment was the fact that even booking my room well in advance, I feel the price I paid was too much for what we got. There was one good note though, the staff was great, and were able to answer all our questions.

An OK Stopover Choice Convenient to I-95Posted May 5, 2014
Pros: Conveniently located at traffic light just off I-95
Cons: See above.
Location: Savannah is about 10 miles east of I-95 from this exit.
Place looks nice from outside, and lobby/hallways/common areas are pleasing, the bed was comfortable and the room was certainly adequate. Our bathroom had peeling paint around the shower, and the walls were then enough that we could hear muffled conversation from the room next to ours, no television channel guide (it is helpful not to have to scroll) so that's why I rated the room comfort and condition as just OK. For the price, the value proposition was a little lacking.

Hotel with great staff and free parkingPosted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome.
Cons: The beds were supposed to be queen, but they were very short queen. My husband is 6 feet 7 inches, and he did not fit comfortably in the bed.
Location: Savannah is not far away.
Great staff. Convenient location outside the historic district. Adequate free parking.

Good hotel very close to interstatePosted Mar 23, 2014
Everything was satisfactory. Only 2 things I found that were a slight inconvenience. #1 No free breakfast as you would find at a Holiday Inn Express. and #2 the cable TV was very sporadic, especially in the afternoon and early evening. We could not get clear reception on any local stations.

Excellent!!!Posted Mar 12, 2014
We had to make a middle of the night stop at this hotel. The woman at the front desk was amazing and i regret to this day not getting her name. When we arrived, parking was easy to find as was the hotel. When we got to the front desk at 2 am we noticed we werent the only late evening customers. The front desk clerk looked like she ha d a million things on her plate, but still handled each customer with full attention and kindness. Our room was incredibly clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. Not only would i stay jn this hotel again , it is probably the ONLY hotel I will stay in if I'm in the area. Pleasant service, pleasant sleep- this place is the best!

A nice stop for weary travelers.Posted Mar 2, 2014
Cons: While the bathroom was relatively clean, the corners of the floor could have been cleaner. The wi-fi access kept dropping me off.
The Holiday Inn at Pooler provided a nice spot to stay on our journey home. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. We enjoyed having a restaurant with good food after a long day driving. The bed was comfortable and clean.
