The desk staff were not friendly. We waited for over 2 and a half hours for our room to be ready with zero explanation as to what was taking so long and why the room wasn’t ready at the 4pm checkin time. Zero compensation or offering for the inconvenience that basically ruined our only day in Savannah.

The staff was very nice and helpful! The restaurant has the best grilled cheese I ever had! The valet service was very handy too...I loved my stay and WILL stay again.Its close to everything down town❤️

It was ok but not deserving of he higher price level hotels. The room was very average, basic, and the parking situation was horrible. You can pay $45 for valet daily or next door in a public lot, shared with the valet for a restaurant next door, for $35 overnight. If you leave there is no guarantee you will get a spot because alot of night-life people park there cars in the lot.

They only have valet parking at the hotel, and the self parking that's directly adjacent is pay to park 25 dollars for 24 hrs. The hotel is spacious and the staff was very friendly. The lobby is inviting and provide complimentary water and refreshments. I like it's location. Very walkable to the historic section. We only stay for one night. It was a nice stay!

Not too shabby
Enjoyed my stay, I was able to do an early afternoon check in which I loved. They don’t actually offer room service like the page says which was disappointing because that’s a reason why I booked this hotel. I called and tried to order food but was told they don’t do room service so just be aware of that. There was some random trash pieces I found throughout the room after arriving like a scrap of paper on the floor and a bottle cap in the bathroom. Also, there was a mound of dust on top of the stack of complimentary coffee cups in my room but I’m assuming no one had used the room in the while so not the end of the world. Ayana the breakfast attendant was AMAZING and just the nicest person ever so I hope she is recognized for that. Overall not a bad stay, I’d stay again if I had to with no complaints but would prefer somewhere with room service lol

MANY guests were forced to wait 1-2 hours after check-in time to be assigned a room. The front desk staff was rude about the situation and VERY unprofessional. The front desk manager had a “holier-than-thou” attitude toward anyone that tried to ask a question.

The sound proofing for rooms was so terrible. We found out when we were up until 2 AM with another family’s screaming toddler, then we heard almost all of their conversations the next morning as they did their best to recuperate from a tough night. Very noisy neighborhood also.

Safety
The one thing I was unhappy with is there are no bath tub non skid strips and no floor mat when you get out of the shower. Other than that things were good. Felt safe in the neighborhood.

Our Breakfast Hostess was very welcoming. Ayana is a plus for your Hotel. we enjoyed the friendliness. Room maid service we did not receive for the two nights. Maybe room policies were not explained.

$75 for a dog for one night is excessive. Was told that it covered whole length of stay, but doesn’t help if only staying one night. And then for our dog to find an old chicken bone on the floor as soon as we got in the room!

The valet asked us to disembark somewhere when we checked in. We did not get the valet service, and they asked us to move the vehicle somewhere because it blocking the front door. Customers checking in should not have to park away. Another thing was that their restroom smelled like it wasn't cleaned. The curtain stinked.

Price of room vs. Price of breakfast
Very nice place to stay. The only thing I didn’t understand is I thought you would get breakfast like most hotels. Apparently our stay didn’t include breakfast so we had to pay $13.95 each to eat in the morning. Make sure the price of your room includes breakfast!

Nice hotel, but to much noise.
The ladies at the front desk, and valet parking were very nice. The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. But there was a small gap in our door that you could see through, and the noise was terrible. I have stayed in large cities before, and never had a problem with that much noise coming in. There was an argument in the hallway around midnight, and someone hit our doir very loudly.
