Homewood Suites

The hotel was under construction, the exterior was being remodeled. The first room we got smelled like mildew, but we asked for another room and got a good one. The breakfast was good for hotel breakfasts.

I came into town for business purposes,and brought my family with me for a mini family get away. When calling the hotel that evening to ask for a crib to be placed in the room because I have a 2 year old and a 9 month old. I was informed by the young lady that answered the phone that they did not have cribs. I redirected and went to the local walmart and purchased a play pen for my 9 month old to sleep in. The next morning at breakfast, the conversation was brought up by my husband to the breakfast staff and office manager about them considering making cribs available for children. We were then informed that they indeed did have cribs and they would handle the situation. While working local, I got a phone call from the office manager and she informed me that the hotel would reimburse the money that I had spent on the play pen. KUDOS!! I travel frequently and rarely take the family with me, but when I do I make sure that the hotel will accomodate the family while Im working including late check out if possible. The office manager and the General Manager went above and beyond to make sure that the situation was clarified and that I was a very happy customer. I usually dont go to the area for work, but if I do again, this is definitely a place on my top or must stay list.

Very clean. Comfortable. Love the fireplace.

The carpet was the first thing I smelled when I walked in. The furniture in the fireplace area was filthy. My friend's room had a cigar smoke smell in a non-smoking room.

I was totally satisfied with this hotel. The hotel was very clean, comfotable and the entire staff were very friendly and accommodating. If I were to give it a star rating I would give it 4 stars.

Very clean, convenient location,friendly helpful staff! Great breakfast every morning! Definitely recommend!

Staff were extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Suites were well designed and spacious. I would stay here again.
