About one of the Worst hotels i have ever stayedPosted Dec 16, 2013
Pros: The Breakfast and location
Cons: Think the Hotel needs a complete Refurbishment and that is what the receptionist said was about to happen ??
Location: Nothing to say
I have stayed in some noisey and exspencive Hotels before in my long life , But none as noisey as this the profanity of some of guest out side our room was nothing else but Vulgar , wallpaper coming of the bathroom wall , mold on the Bathroom Culking , no fridge , $22-00 a night parking my wife was already sick but this episode made her even worse ,The Noise from the Ballrooms and shouting was not controld bye security it went on till the early hours of the morning. although when we complained they gave us a free breakfast , and reduced the parking to one nights cost and gave us 5000 points it just wasnt enough after we had paid $200 a night for something i consider was worth about $50 we could of booked the Comfort Suits for half the price and maybe got a nights sleep , WOULD NOT USE THAT HOTEL Again

Excellent location! And views, right on the riverPosted Dec 13, 2013
Pros: Beds, pillows, location, friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Can't think of a thing!
Location: Excellent...many nice restaurants, shopping, just nice walking city...views to the river
Best location, handy to historic district and many shops and eating. Savannah is beautiful in the "just before Christmas" season. The Hyatt sponsored an adorable cookie party and lunch for local preschoolers in the lobby;) Complimentary breakfast was yummy and variety was great, as was the coffee!

Christmas 2013 in Savannah TownPosted Dec 10, 2013
Pros: see above
Cons: nothing - almost perfect.
Location: see above
I have been visiting Savannah annually since 2000 and have always stayed in nice hotels usually around Bay St. & City Market area. But this trip last weekend was by far the best trip we had with the very best hotel we've ever stayed at - The Hyatt Regency Savannah. This is a top-notch first class hotel from start to finish - and the location right above River St. is unmatched. We lucked out with our room location with a gorgeous side room view of River St & the river, with the tour boats right outside our window. 'Fireworks on the river' was a very nice event on Friday. Unfortunatley we missed the lighted boat parade on Saturday evening as we only stayed one night.

Great location!Posted Dec 9, 2013
Pros: Our room had a great view of the river although not directly facing it. Free buffet breakfast was AWESOME.
Cons: I felt the valet parking garage was expensive so we opted for a public garage nearby. (Hahaha, only $5 because of the holidays)
Location: Location was great. Charthouse is very close. River Street directly beneath hotel with elevator access.
I felt the overall experience was wonderful for the price through Expedia. Clean room, great location with walking distance to plenty of shops & restaurants. Get on it!!!

Good nights sleepPosted Dec 4, 2013
Pros: The location & the beds.
Cons: A mini fridge would have been nice.
Location: Historic Savannah is a must see! It's like a city, without all the additude
Beautiful hotel located on Riverwalk, everything is right there! We've been in Savannah before & stayed more toward the center of the historic district, I prefer staying on the Bay street area because the shopping & pubs are open a little later and everything is close together. All the staff were very pleasant, the room was a nice size & I slept great on their very comfortable bed! The only thing I didn't care for, is we got a room on the inside. It was like staying in a futuristic town, it was nice & quiet, but I perfer being able to see the outside when I wake up. Next time I will request either a street or bay view(which is an upcharge). All & all a great stay for the price & would recommend to friends.
