Nice Hotel Inn

Posted Apr 30, 2015
Nice area and the hotel inn was quiet and comfortable. Can't complain too much. I just wish it had a better wash machine and dryer. The hotel staff was very nice and I definitely would return because it was a good deal through Expedia.com

NO ELEVATOR

Posted Apr 16, 2015
This is not a good choice if you have trouble getting your luggage up a flight of stairs. Also, the refrigerator in our room wasn't working.

Nice place 30 min from the beach

Posted Apr 12, 2015
Nice place for the money. Clean. Friendly personnel. Stay there for not a lot of money and drive to the beach in the morning. Come back at night. Close to Hilton Head and Savannah. Thank you!

Nice hotel close to many different places.

Posted Mar 29, 2015
Pros: The coziness of it. The access to many different places
Location: The hotel was located near the airport. It was a 10 minute drive to old savannah. It was located in a very busy area. Lots to do.
We were booked for 2 nights but due to a plane issue we didn't make our connecting flight so we only had one night in the hotel.

Noisy

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: Front desk staff on check in and when I compalined the next morning were very professional and accomodating
Cons: I don't see a fix on the thin walls; however, the shower could use an overhaul.
Location: Close to on/off ramp of the freeway...close to the wildlife preserve
The rooms are very small and outside noise (and from the room next door) comes right through. People were talking outside in the breezeway at 2:00am and woke us up. They weren't being very loud but the walls are thin. The shower was advertised as a "handicapped" shower and it leaked terribly and could not be adjusted. Another problem is that the front desk is not "manned" overnight.

Comfortable

Posted Mar 18, 2015
I will admit I was concerned when I checked in and they handed me the TV remote. But the room was great. Large shower, comfy beds, plenty of amenities. The tv was dated, but still a good size. The staff was nice and room was good for the price. Cab rides from the hotel to downtown savannah during st. Patties were $10 a person. Huge savings from staying right in town.

We were content with the condition of the hotel until we saw the flying cockroach. Checked out early.

Best Bang for the Buck

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Price, breakfast, cleanliness.
Cons: Parking spaces are tight and because there is no smoking in the rooms there are butts around the grounds.
Location: Quick access to highway and 15 min to downtown Savannah.
The hotel is older than the average in the area and not updated - HOWEVER - it is clean, maintained and located close to the highway, easy in and out of the city. Walls are a little thin and can hear other guests coming and going. Breakfast was basic but free and plenty. ALL rooms are no smoking. Would recommend to anyone wanting to save a buck and don't mind staying outside Savannah city limits.

Relocated after I found a cockroach in our room! You are given an universal remote upon check in for the television in your room. Really not what the pictures portray.
