Fabulous LocationPosted Feb 20, 2015
Cons: See above review...
Location: Fabulous location...take trolley car tour, eat at Six Pence Pub and The Olde Pink House, try ice cream at Leopold's
We were looking forward to staying at Joan's on Jones...it looks delightful from the outside and has a very charming living room and four-poster bed..we were met with a bottle of wine and a bowl of fresh fruit, so, the environment was just fine...our problems were mainly with some of the details surrounding our stay...first, the internet connection never really worked and when it did work, it would suddenly crash; second, the pillows on the bed were as thin as pancakes and even when we used the quilt as a pillow, we never could get comfortable; third, for the money we paid for our stay, we felt our continental breakfast would be much more upscale...the breakfast pastries and bagels were nothing special and we could have bought them at any grocery store.. we expected homemade breakfast muffins, quickbreads, etc....also, the coffee maker didn't work right...the water never got hot.

Location, location, location!Posted Nov 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great B&B in a very convenient location in Old Savannah - walking distance to everything you'd want to see and do. Host Joan is very helpful in finding restaurants as well. Although the living room and bedroom were large, there are only one or two suites and not many other guests, so don't expect a hot cooked breakfast - pastries, bagels, fruit, milk, juice, and cereal were all in the kitchenette, along with a microwave and toaster oven, and that's all we needed!

We really enjoyed the privacy.Posted Oct 23, 2014
We had a suite with an entrance from the back of the house. It was private and an excellent location to walk to everything! It was very comfortable for us. (Married couple in 40's.)

Cons: Good cleaning.
The facility could use a good deep cleaning. Lots of dust, bed was very hard, lot of outdated brochures. People were very friendly and helpful.

Close to everything in Down town Savannah!Posted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: It wasn't a hotel, you felt like you were in yur own home!
Cons: One minor thing, harder pillows available to guests.
Location: Everything was within walking distinct, resturants, bars, shops, etc.
Our experience was absolutely wonderful!! We would highly recommend this "Bed & Breakfast". Joan & her husband are very sweet. The homes & gardens are what you see on TV. We loved walking in the evenings and was so happy to see such a animal friendly city.

Hundpensionat!?Posted Jun 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
Pet friendly!? Inte ens en hund skulle trivas då reviret redan var inkissat. Välj ett annat B and B.
