Good enoughPosted Jun 5, 2015
Hotel was good enough for what we needed. Price was ok, location was great for what we needed and the room was ok for the price. We didn't use the continental breakfast because the room was too far away from the lobby.

Pros: Not much
Cons: Read above. Why not put pets in just so many rooms. You have non smoking rooms do the same for pets. Pet odors linger. I don't care what you use t
We have used this hotel chain numerous times. Never got my free night. This was not the problem that we had with this hotel. I know that it is pet friendly. Never was a problem before. Now I am very aware of it. Smelled pet the whole time we were in the room. Thought rooms had refrigerators. Was told only special rooms. No microwave. Breakfast was very disappointing. Not sure if La Quinta trying to cut corners or what. Need to re-think staying at another one.

Good location with easy access to "tourist" areas and a mall...they need new vacuums though....

Small but clean rooms.Posted May 11, 2015
Pros: It was only 15 minutes from river street, and the staff was cheery and friendly.
Cons: I would suggest that they place a couple of benches outside for smokers like myself. Elevators would be nice or at least the option of a ground floor
Location: close to river street and the historic district.
I was disappointed a little when I saw the room because it was very small. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and with a small room like that it made the space seem very small. we were on a second floor room in the back of the hotel and there were no elevators, the walkways were small and the stairs were tight. Made for several trips to the car for bags, up and down stairs. It was however very clean. and worked out ok.

Not worth the pricePosted Apr 27, 2015
This is a high traffic hotel and not kept up. The room was dirty and could use a thorough cleaning. We would not walk barefoot for fear of germs from hair etc.

Very tired decor, stained carpet, just needs RedoPosted Apr 24, 2015
Pros: Fairly convenient to downtown Savannah.
Cons: Needs updating BADLY.
Location: Near shopping, restaurants and within short drive to town.
We not only had a fairly tired decor, and stained carpet, the weekend had many young people Loudly disturbing the guests. Woke us up in the middle of night. The staff did quiet them down, but just not pleasant. The rooms had a more expensive rate due to events in town. We felt the room did not rate that high charge.

Ok for the price I guessPosted Apr 18, 2015
The ad states inn and suites, but we arrived to an old school motel, not a hotel. The room was decent enough to, the sheets were stained however and the shower was not clean to our liking. Between our two night stay, I ask for the sheets to be changed and put the sign on the bed as I was told in order to get them changed. The sheets were not changed until I called again to ask about it. Breakfast was decent, drinking cups were too small to enjoy a beverage. Overall the stay was decent, I don't think I will return.

Safe and clean and our parking was close to our room and there was a Denny within walking distant.when we go back we would stay there again.the motel was like in the center of all the places we was there to see.
