The property was undergoing renovation, but there was nothing that interfered with our stay and there were postings to advise guests of this. Staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful.

We booked thru a 3rd party app, paid etc. arrived and was told there's no room available. It all worked out in the end due to another hotel being available. That's not the reason for the rating though. That wouldn't be fair. This rating is from the previous time my parents stayed there. This is where my parents stay when they come visit their grandkids. Due to the fact that they were forced to go to another hotel, that's the hotel they'll be stay at from now on. The main complaint they had with the Laquinta was the desk clerk, my mom said he wasn't courteous nor showed empathy for her being out of a room that she'd paid for. It is an older hotel so there's a smell and the breakfast isn't hot it's just average breakfast items like fruit, cereal, muffin juice. The other hotel had French toast, bacon, sausage, waffles and so much more so they were very pleased with that place. The bad was meant for good, that's how God works ♥️🙏

Of note, this is a pet friendly hotel with multiple urine stains on the carpet. Additionally, the wooden furniture in the room had chew marks from pets and the bottom dresser drawer was missing. The cleaning service was still cleaning our room when we checked in after 3 PM and had to go downstairs to request a change to a room that was already prepared. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

No hassle during check in & very pet friendly. Have limited parking maybe 40 or less spaces in total. But overall a great experience. Would recommend and I would also book another stay here. Rooms were clean and came with complimentary soap and shampoo.

The lobby was nice as was the breakfast. The room booked was "accessible" but was just a standard room with too much furniture and the bathroom was of standard size. The toilet had not been cleaned and the previous guest had a problem! There was no bath mat, only one bath towel and at least one of the pillows on the bed had no pillow case. I'm done with La Quinta.

Not value for money. Don’t recommend.
Bed is too high to get in to. There is virtually no quilt or anything like that to cover up to sleep comfortably.

The hotel is so new it's nice but the staff doesn't care and would rather play on the job than do it. Breakfast might as well stop at 8 they will not refill it.
