Staff very nice, room needs some repairs in bath.

Needed cleaning in bathroom. Needed painting in bath.paint was chipping of wall.

Dirty room

After we unloaded our car, and brought everything up to the room, we started finding issues. There was hair in our sink and a used bar of soap in the bathtub. On the far side of the bed we found a half-drunk cup of water, and the corner from a pizza box. One of our dogs found a lollipop stick which, fortunately, we took away before he could eat it. The bathroom door was warped, and if not pushed in tightly, it remained open, blocking the entry to the room. We could have changed rooms, but were so tired after an 8 hour drive that it was just easier to stay where we were.

Extremely rude front desk and maintenance

The hotel itself presents well, but when I went to use the shower; the faucets just fell off the wall. There was no way the housekeeping staff could not of been aware that they were not fastened. When I bought it down to the front desk, I was told that his staff knew what they were doing and that if I had a problem to take it up with hotels.com. I am a seasoned traveler and have never been treated or spoken to in such an unprofessional manner.

Pros: Okay
Cons: Better breakfast
Location: Close to interstate. Should have paid after I got there as I could have gotten a military discount. Can I get a rebate?
Very nice. Only spent one night. Breakfast wasn't very good.
