Hotel close to facility for a good night out

Posted Aug 19, 2014
quick courteous service. Need to add more choices for breakfast and allow guests to sleep late if they wish without being awakened as early as 10am to find out if the room needed service. Hot water or tea would be nice instead of just coffee

Not worth the stay. Dirty bed sheet, tile floor in bath area needs some attention, and the phone did not work.

Pros: Staff
Cons: Everything
Location: Not much
No Smoke alarm only wires hanging from ceiling. Toilet over flowed. Found cigaretted butts on floor near bed when searching for items I might have left before checking out.

Convient for our needs

We just needed a room for one night because the hotel downtown was fully booked for that night. This one worked out fine. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very limited.

Reasonable Price

Pros: reasonable price
Location: Local restaurant in front of hotel was good
That hotel is about 10 mile (15 mins drive) from down town of savannah. It was simple small room, but good price for staying just night time

Decent stay for the price. Not for kids.

Nice and friendly staff. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Decent for the price if you're not looking for anything fancy. Bed was comfortable.

Clean Not Comfortable

Posted Jun 5, 2014
Pros: Convenience of location to I-95. Cost gives a good value.
Cons: Get actually functional, supportive mattresses. Are there any better (quieter) air conditioners available for motel rooms?
Location: Traveling - so we did not do anything near by on this trip. Nearby Savannah is a great city to explore.
Staff friendly, efficient, helpful. They called to validate and then hold my reservation for late arrival. Location is good for traveling - convenient to a few places to catch a meal. The main issue is that the king bed was more like a waterbed - limited support. It did not work for me. And the usual noisy air conditioner that is found in economical hotels/motels.

Savannah Inn was more like the Bates Motel

Posted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: The lady at the front desk.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Other hotels and Inns and two restaurants.
The woman at the front desk was very pleasant. The room was clean, but musty smelling. Although the smoke alarm was working, it was hanging from the ceiling by a wire. The "continental breakfast", which consisted of Fruit Loops, tiny muffins and orange juice that tasted like Tang was served on a small counter. You had to take it back to your room to eat it.

Great service, clean, quiet & convenient.

Pros: Everything, this was a very nice place & location to stay at in Georgia.
Cons: The only minor improvement I can provide is maybe consider better quality of towels, kinda thin..
Location: The location was perfect, we visited all the beaches & islands along the coast of Georgia & St.Augustine.
Me & my fiance stayed for 7 days at the Savannah Inn recently. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable and was very quiet. Service was provided daily, room cleaned, clean towels & bed sheets were changed. The price you pay to stay here is well worth every penny and then some. Gladly stay at this place next year !!
