“Good Stay- BEWARE if traveling with a pet...”

I liked the location and the employees were really nice and helpful. If you are traveling with a dog BEWARE. The rooms they a lot for people with dogs are gross. The carpets are all stained, ect. The first room they put us in didn't have a window to outside, it was to the hall way so people could see in our room. So they happly moved us. Then the second room we found dog poop in the corner/ plus the carpets and bedding were horrible! I then requested the manager to put us in a room not designated for people traveling with dogs because our dog is hypoallergic and I have asthma issues. She happily did so. I guess my thing is, if you are going to be charging people $75 for their pets to stay at the hotel they would actually use that money to replace the carpets and bedding to properly maintain the property. Minus the not so clean dog rooms we were very happy with the hotel. The staff was friendly and the non-pet rooms were clean and maintained. Great location across from the River road and parks. We walked everywhere!

“Lovely little place, in a great location.”

I stayed with my 2 young daughters and we really enjoyed our stay. Easy walking distance to all the shops and bay. Great breakfast. Staff was friendly. Nice clean room.

“Great Location”

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and respectful. Everything was great - right across the street from Riverwalk. Not sure if the price matched all of the above though.

“Great hotel,perfectly situated in savannah historic district;great lobby;would go back again”

Excellent historic hotel;travelled for 2 weeks down SE coast of US,and this was our favorite hotel

“Very good hotel”

We stayed here for one night. Concierge extremely friendly and helpful. Spacious room with Kitchenette. Very comfortable bed. The location is great all major sites are in a walking distance. Buffet breakfast was OK.

When to go
October is apparently always nice in Savannah. We had excellent weather conditions

“Great location, great stay!”

I grew up near Savannah and have been many times: this stay was the best. Staybridge offers great rooms, with kitchenettes (including full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, utensils), and also has a continental breakfast every morning. Several nights a week they have a "Sundowner Reception," where they offer a light meal and beer/wine. Great location right off River Street, within walking distance of everything. Staff is extremely welcoming and hospitable, particularly Charlie the concierge, who was really fantastic. They have some rooms that overlook the inside of the building, which is a bit odd, so make sure to request a room with an external view if that's a problem.

luv savannah area. this hotel had us in the middle of the action and were able to walk to alot.
