Staff were so friendly, especially the woman at breakfast every morning she was SO sweet to our 3 year old. Dining room had high chairs so that was a bonus. Room was comfy, our only complaint was that we stayed for 3 days and had zero housekeeping at all. Overall clean and friendly, the suites are pretty private. Definitely family friendly.

I only gave this hotel 3 stars because the girl at the front desk was super accommodating and put us in a suite. Our original room we were given had quite the smell. Literally made my 6 yr old gag.

Outdated and not very clean
The layout was okay but the furniture was in bad need of replacement. Heavy stains and looked dirty. The floors had toenails on it. The bathroom had chunks of hair and floor was very sticky.

$100 additional fee for less than 24 hour small (12#) pet stay. Did not see this charge on the Expedia site when booking. Our room was across the hall from the laundry machines which I could hear running throughout the night. No door on the laundry room or it stayed open all night. On the other side of our room was the pool so we couldn't open the drapes. Literally, if I opened the window I could jump in the pool! Since it's a non-smoking hotel, there were several people outside of the hotel smoking, one laying in the bed of his truck smoking 😣 Hotel was clean and complimentary breakfast had many options. Staff were friendly.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst stays. We were on vacation with our family, 12 people total, and we reserved 4 rooms. When we got there the lady at the desk was checking in the first room and charged us more than the room was reserved for. The next set of rooms she stated that no reservations were found. I showed her the confirmation and she still stated it was not in the system but she stated she had other rooms available but it was going to be 200 a room when online it was reserved for 157. At that point we didn't trust staying there so we had to find another hotel at 11pm.

The Continental Breakfast - Not Worth Your Time
Ok, 1) the hotel is nice to be a dog friendly place. They kept the grounds nice. However, since it's a dog friendly place it should have move outside trash receptors/cans so you can dispose of your dogs business properly. Only one around the corner going towards the back of the site. NO. 2) the continental breakfast the area where it's held is TO SMALL. it looks a dorm room the only place left to create this space. NO. They need to reconsider placement. 3) the staff 2ladies in-charge of the breakfast area are NOT NICE. they do not greet the guest. they don't ask if you need anything. Finally THEY NEVER SMILE TO THE PEOPLE WHO AER PAYING TO STAY THERE. My observation they should be resigned to another area away from customer contact. thank you

The first room we were in smelled like mildew, the cielings had water damage, the furniture was old, smelly and damaged, and the there was mildew on the walls and lampshedes. I requestes a new room and they moved us quickly to a new cleaner room.

The room was great. Having a kitchen in the room made things a lot easier during our stay. The only negative things I have to say is getting into the hotel parking lot is a bit of a hassle due to some construction. The AC didn’t cool the room off like I would’ve wanted. It was comfortable but not super cool. And we were in a room right by the pool so it was a bit annoying at times. But other than that we loved the hotel and our stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty decent.

Check in was a little slow but not too bad. Room is fine but has an extra big chair that blocked the sofa sleeper (can't open it with the chair at the corner). Staff was amazing: a nice young lady came to our room and move the chair out of the room immediately all by herself! Problem solved.

We arrived and were told we could not have our room because people did not leave their rooms. They sent us to a residence Inn 10 minutes away. It was horrible. Mold in sink, broken shower arm. Horrible.

Very helpful and friendly folks. Loved the kitchen area with stove and microwave plus a real coffee pot and coffee. Great breakfast included. Would stay again .5 stars

The room type was advertised as a two bedroom. Normally when there are two bedrooms, there are also two bathrooms. We only had one. The bedrooms were so small you could barely move around and barely close the door. The living room and kitchen areas were extremely small. When we pulled out the sleeper sofa, it was jammed right in front of the dresser with the tv on it and there was absolutely no room to walk around the sofa bed. The breakfast room and pool areas were also extremely small. The entire hotel was poorly built with no consideration for being spacious.

We don't have any 2 bed - 2 bath combo's at our property. We are a 1st generation TPS that opened in March of 2000. We make our best out of the space we have. I understand your frustration.
