Trustans Barns, Is such a nice place to stay, everything is so pristine. Sally and Rosie who run the B & B are two very nice people, they make you feel at home the moment you arrive. Nothing to dislike at all. Mike & Val PS. the honey is good as well.

Comfy cosy stay
We had a lovely time staying at Trustans Barn. The room was so comfy and cosy. Rosie and Sally gave us a lovely warm welcome and made us feel at home straight away. I would definitely recommend staying at the Barn.

A beautiful property in a gorgeous corner of the Suffolk coast. Great rooms, all decorated beautifully, and spotlessly clean. A great breakfast with honey made on the premises. Lovely hosts who take their time to make sure you have a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

Trustans Barn was spotlessly clean, the facilities were perfect and having breakfast in a teepee was such fun. Sally and Rosie were very friendly and helpful. I loved the vibe of the place, very relaxed and enjoyed the wild meadow too! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Once again I have enjoyed returning to Trustans Barn for a short stay. Sally and Rosie are always very welcoming and accommodating. Kelly/Kerry who does the morning breakfast is also very friendly and helpful. The only comment I would make would be to provide better coffee for breakfast! Thank you.

An absolute gem!
We can’t fault this idyllic accommodation. From the minute we arrived it was clear we were in for a treat. The exterior and interior of the barn were immaculately clean and decorated to an exceptionally high standard. The grounds are extremely well maintained (a pretty walled greets you as you approach the bedrooms) allowing wildlife to flourish in the surrounding meadows. A lovely touch are the meadow walks with mown paths for easy accessibility so you feel part of the landscape and nature. We enjoyed looking at the subtle sculptures along the way too. A wonderful and mindful way to start the day before sitting down to a delicious breakfast in the Covid friendly teepee tents at the edge of the meadow. Breakfast was plentiful! Fresh fruit salad and Dorset cereals to start followed by a cooked breakfast to order. Nothing was too much trouble for Sally and Rosie and it’s obvious they take great pride and enjoyment in everything they do here. The rooms are stunning with a comfy bed (I now realise I need to buy a new mattress at home 😂) Plenty of towels, hairdryer, shampoo, soap etc. which you would expect to find but also an eco friendly makeup removal cloth and separate bins for recycling and general waste which I was pleased to see. We slept very well in this tranquil setting which is a great location for visiting all the pretty local villages such as Walberswick, Orford Westleton and Dunwich to name a few. I highly recommend Trustans Barn. We will be back!

The location for us was perfect , the breakfast was excellent and the local knowledge that Sally and Rosie passed on to us was helpful along with there recommendations for evening meals. The grounds are amazing and the yurts they use for serving breakfast is unique.

Fabulous property in a countryside setting, yet only a short distance to the coast. We especially liked the bell tents next to the meadow, where we enjoyed a delightful breakfast. Great hosts and staff. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again.

The barn sits on the middle of a meadow, during our stay we saw rabbits, hare, muntjac dear and owls. We had breakfast each morning in our designated Yurt which was a great and imaginative way to deal with the Covid situation. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful barn conversion in an ideal position
We were visiting Suffolk for the Aldeburgh Festival and this was ideally situated to get to Snape for concerts. We also love birdwatching and both Minsmere and Dunwich Heath are nearby so perfect for us. The Barns are beautifully converted and presented, can’t fault it and look forward to coming again.
