“Served my purpose”

I had a VERY early plane to make and wanted the hotel to have the taxi there at 4:30, not have to lug bags down the 6 flights where I was visiting in Leipzig. It was adequately quiet and comfortable for my early bed time. The restaurant, where I ate a very small meal, was quite pricey, I thought. However, all went well on my final stay before the long transatlantic flight and another connecting flight at either end. Taxi driver even had a credit card scanner, so I had some euros left for airport sustenance. Desk people were very helpful.
