Excellent location, 15 min walk from Innenstadt(city) a very good and rich breakfast buffet, and a helpful staff, public parking (free) just around the corner. :-)

It is a nice property, very clean, beds were comfortable, shower working well, good internet, good a/c, splendid breakfast. A walk from there to the old town is possible, but in the hot or rainy day a better option may be the street car # 15 - tickets and information are available at the reception desk. The receptionists were charming and efficient, speaking English and other languages. They made us feel at home. Check in was easy and check out was even easier, since I prepaid for the hotel. Parking available at extra cost of 9 Euros per night. Very pleased with this hotel. We hope to stay there again.

Good business trip stay
It was a nice stay. Breakfast buffet is good with lots of cold meats, fruit, vegetables and bread as well as hot food, cereals and yoghurts etc. Table service for coffee and tea which is nice. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Reception lady could be friendlier.

Ramada - never again!
We asked a taxi service from the reception and were given 5 minutes waiting time. We went out and there was no taxi for 25 minutes. 25 minutes in the freezing cold! Then we went up to the reception and suggested to change the taxi company as that approach is not serious. The receptionist told us that she is not allowed to use other taxi companies!!! Notwithstanding the sheer unprofessional and unreliable attitude of their taxi partner! So we had to take a tram and as a result were late for a business dinner! So to Ramada is more important to please their business partners instead of pleasing their customers! Ramada this is not how hospitality business should be. Your attitude sucks! Ramada - never again!

Our room was good, but the air conditioning is very marginal. In combination with not being able to fully open a window (only some tilting) was a problem. Cleanliness of rooms and hotel is very good, service is friendly and quick.

There is nothing around this hotel, with is the top two floors of an office building. However, the tram stop is around the corner and only two stops from where the action is and three stops from the main train stations, where you can hop a ride anywhere.

Great hotel
Great hotel and very clean. On the top 2 floors of the building so very little street noise. It's close enough to walk in to the centre but also has a tram stop at the end of the road. There is a lot of on street parking if you have a car. The hotel bar is a bit expensive.

Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns irritiert: Wir bestellten zwei Calvados (gemäß Karte 2cl groß). Sie wurden temperiert serviert ( im Cognac-Schwenker auf Whiskeyglas mit heißem Wasser). Bei Abrechnung durch den Kellner wurden dann allerdings zwei doppelte Calvados in Rechnung gestellt. Es gab bei Ausgabe der beiden Gläser keinen Hinweis auf von der Bestellung abweichende Menge. Zähneknirschend zahlten wir nach erstem Protest den geforderten Betrag.
