Location next to train stationPosted Feb 4, 2014
Nice location in the old town. A little noisy because the tram pass right in front of the room. A lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Moderate confort - convenient for city centrePosted Dec 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Friendly staff. Central location, not in best part of city. Single room spacious. No parking in hotel, which was inconvenient. Staff forgot to replace towels in room on 2nd of 2 nights.

Friendly,welcoming staffPosted Jul 10, 2013
Pros: Staff, ambience
Cons: Noisy trams, lack of kettle
Location: Location is within 300 yards of main railway station. Unfortunately the street is quite run down and lots of graffiti on the walls.
Hotel appears to have recently been refurbished. Staff all friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was very helpful when I had problems connecting to wifi. Room was lovely and large only improvement would have been to have a kettle. For light sleepers there are very busy tram lines immediately outside the front of the hotel and rooms on the front can be affected by this.

It was clean and comfortable, I was on route elsewhere and it was a convenient stop point and situated right in the centre with access to all local amenities. Staff did not speak a huge amount of English.

Comfortable friendly small hotel vnear the stationPosted Jan 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
The reception staff are very nice and remembered me even though I had only stayed once before - a benefit of it being a small hotel. I wanted a bath so had to upgrade to a double room - but what a double room! Huge with semi 4 poster bed, certainly one of their best, which I guess happened to be free so they kindly gave it to me. Best to have a room on an upper floor and at the back of the building as trams frequently pass outside at the front. General area not great - that's why you pay less - but right next to station/ across the main road from the city centre
