“"Best kept secret"”

We were extremely surprised by the attention to detail and the wonderful staff that took care of our every need. They were most informative and accomodating in every aspect of our requests. We would definitely consider recommending this facility and returning there again should we have the opportunity to travel to Portland, Maine. The room was clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast was an added plus.. We would give this experience a "10"!!

“Comfortable Stay”

Stayed for 1 night and was very pleased with the stay. Good rate and clean, comfortable room.

The room and lobby were very clean and comfortable with friendly smiling staff. The maintenance crew was washing down the entry way and smoking by the door making the entryway and elevator smell.

We always stay at the Fairfield Inn in Portland/Scarborouh. The rooms are always clean and customer service is excellent. Only once did we have a complaint about an exmployee and hopefully this has been taken care of.

“Pleasantly Pleased”

I was pleasantly pleased with my stay at the Fairfield Inn. And I am especially particular about cleanliness and comfort. And the Fairfield seemed to be particular also. (The refrigerator in my room was a huge plus also.) The Continental Breakfast quite impressive also.

“Across from the Maine Mall”

I stayed in Portland, ME for two nights at the Fairfield inn Maine Mall. The hotel was conveniently located. My room was at the end of a hall on the third floor, and therefore, very quiet. Breakfast was nice, if not overly healthy. I had a waffle straight off the waffle iron, a banana, and a yogurt. Most of the staff was extremely accommodating. There was one front desk clerk who obviously did not want to be there. Apart from her, I rate this hotel 5 stars.

“Comfortable, clean and friendly!”

Our stay in this hotel was great. The little touches made it even better. We enjoyed the warm, freshly baked cookies, the friendliness of the staff, the new crisp clean sheets and soft pillows, the big blueberry muffins and other goodies for breakfast and the free newspaper. Keep up the good work!
