“Great Time”

Had a great time...the only problem was the stairs were next to my room and some night owls (2-3am) would run up and down the stairs...but this had nothing to do with the hotel.!!

“Surprisingly pleasing”

For the price paid this hotel was great. Room very clean and neat. The location was close to mall (5 minutes)and airport(10 minutes),very easy to find both. Liked that it was off the beaten path a little, so it was quiet at night. Also served a grab and go continental breakfast.

“Slept like a baby”

Stayed here for 8 nights over Thanksgiving and it was great. The hotel is set back enough so its quiet, yet just a stone's throw from Shaws and walking distance to Sebago Brewing, yes- we know from experience. The only complaint is that there was a leftover butterfinger bar in the cabinet from who knows when and an unidentifed object in a Christmas Tree Shops bag under the sink. Threw it out without even attempting to open and examine. I liked that cleaning was every other day but you run out of towels pretty quickly. The good news if you can always call the front desk for that if you aren't scheduled for a cleaning that day.

“Will Stay Again”

This hotel was very nice, clean and our room smelled really nice. The staff was friendly. We only stayed one night but the kitchen area would make it perfect to stay for several days if you wanted to keep the cost of meals to a minimum. I didn't see any info when I booked the room, but they DO offer a light breakfast iin the lobby, we didn't use it but it looked like pastries and cereal along with coffee/tea 24/7. The only thing that bothered me about the room was the hair dryer had someones hair caught in it and this should have been taken care of by the cleaning person. Thankfully I had brought my own dryer. The room next to ours had the alarm set for 5 a.m. and apparently there wasn't anyone in the room to turn it off as it beeped nonstop for an hour and kept me awake. I realize this wasn't any fault of the hotel staff, but maybe they should make it a point to check the alarms when they clean the rooms upon departure. Other than that, this was a very clean hotel and I will plan to stay there again. It was VERY close to all points of interest and easy to find..we didn't even have directions and we found it at night in the pouring rain.

“Just like home”

This studio apartment style room was just perfect for our trip. The bathroom was very room which helps when there are two people. The bed was very comfortable. There was a refrigerator, stove and microwave if we needed to cook. A dishwasher if you don't like washing dishes and nice bar space. A table for eating at and a coffee table when watching TV and relaxing. Everything you need when away from home.

“Will stay here again..very good experience.”

Our family lives in Saco..and the number of hotels close by are limited. To find the Towne Plaze Suites with enough room for our family was great. We visit about once a year and will definitely book this hotel again.
