Excellent stay!

Pros: staff, breakfast, cleanliness
Cons: I noticed a food tray in the hall of where our room was in front of a door and it was still there when we checked out.
Location: We went to Sears arena for a competition.
Very courteous staff and clean hotel. Breakfast buffet excellent! Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again!

someone in my room

Well when I got there I already had a reservation, so as soon as I arrive I tell the front desk lady she hands me my key when I walk in to my room I noticed that someone was already staying there. I immediately go back downstairs tell her who looks at me dumbfounded i explained it and she asked me if their was people in the room. I looked at her like are u serious? she comped me for free breakfast but it was nasty anyway

Close to the skating rink

Cons: can't think of anything
Location: Sears Center
We were there for Skate America and the lovely weather allowed us to get some exercise by walking to the rink, about half a mile away. There was also a pretty good fitness room, and pool if you prefer that. Staff is excellent and friendly.

Great hotel, great location

We were very pleased with our stay. This hotel is located near the interstate and close to everything we needed to access in Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates. Parking was easy, the room was very high quality, the internet worked great as did the television, the shower water was hot, and the bed comfortable.

Very un helpfull staff. This hotel nit for family

We book this hotel 3 weeks ago and requested 2 double bed. Called day before and request again but unfortunately even went there early, they told me no double bed. I think they lie to us. Restaurant staff also very unprofessional not friendly. Bathrooms floor tiles and grout dirty. It was not seem to a Martiot hotel.

My sincere apologies that your stay was unsatisfactory. While we try to accommodate each guest’s requests, unfortunately, at times we do not have the inventory to provide each guest with the room type they requested. On the weekend you visited our hotel, we had large sports groups in-house, who were contracted double beds. When such occurrences happen, we try to offer alternatives such as king beds with sofa pull-outs or rollaway beds, but I understand these are not ideal. I have also followed up with my Restaurant and Maintenance departments regarding your other issues. Hotel services seemed under staffed. front desk would go to resturant who would go to coffee shop every one seemed rushed.
