Stay at your own risk!!!! We had our truck stolen from here! Apparently it is a common occurrence. You would think they would provide security. Sounds like the staff may be in on it!!!

One night stay with the family for a tournament. Conveniently located, good complimentary breakfast. Probably time for Marriott to do an upgrade, but overall a good stay.

We stayed here for a few reasons location was close to work, my 1 pound pup, and mostly the hot tub. I have a bad back, it is the only relief i get after work. It had trash and a few leafs and the water was yellow, they claimed.a broken pipe. It had been sitting at least 3 months. Of you do not have please do not advertise. This is the 3rd hotel in 4 motnths this has happened. We called the properly prior to booking and was told they had a operational hot tub. So par for the coarse these days. Btw the breakfast they served was gross. Biscuits were so hard they could not be split for butter no exaggeration. The mystery sausage smelled bad the clerk was embarrassed to serve it. . I expected a bit more from Marriott

Outdated and needs repair
The room was ok, but the bathroom shower was disappointing. The rod the shower curtain hung on was very broken which made the shower curtain pool to the middle making it impossible to shower with out getting water on the floor. Also our heat would just turn off and not heat for several hours.

From the minute we walked in and through out our stay, the staff was amazing. The hotel grounds were well kept and plenty of parking. Multiple places to eat foot steps from hotel. I absolutely recommend staying here.

I had heard about Fairfield inn and to be truthful I was looking for comfort or doubletree accommodations. Instead I compare Fairfield to economy Inn.

We only had room service every other day. We had to go get fresh coffee. I think they could of checked the room for coffee daily,

The hotel needs to clean the air vents inside the bathrooms, the one our family used ,the air vent in the bathroom is really full of fungus around. This vent should be clean at regular basis.

When checking in we agreed to room cleaning every 2 days. No problem. On day 3, we asked for full service cleaning from the cleaners. She grilled us about how many days we were staying. We were in fact leaving day 4, but we needed our room clean. She said to inform the font desk when we left. At noon, we told the front desk we were leaving and wanted our room clean. We came back that evening to an unclean room.

This is about longer stays more than a day or two. The hotel was clean when I checked in but no hotels clean your room on a daily basis anymore. I was there more than a week and asked for room service but it didn’t happen.

The staff at check in and out were polite and professional. The room smelled horrible. It smelled very musty and moldy. I would not have stayed if I had time to look for another option. I called over the weekend to ask for an early check in but was told I couldn’t know for sure until I got there. I didn’t bother trying for an early check in since I didn’t want to wait in the lobby for a room that might not be available. The parking lot was mostly empty and I saw only a couple other guests so I don’t believe there was any reason not to accompany my request when I asked. Overall very disappointed.

The alarm was set and went off at 6 am then even unplugged kept going off. Calls to the front desk were fruitless. Told to unplug but had battery. Terrible sleep which was a waste of money. I would like a credit.

I checked in around 10 pm and got into my room. I was very tired from working and traveling from the day. I started to put things aways in the bathroom and was going to brush my teeth. There was no convenient hand soap an open bottle of half used lotion. Then in the shower there was hair on the wall. The next day, I figured housekeeping would clean the room. No one ever came to clean or refresh the toiletries. My garbage was overflowing. I don't recommend staying here and for the price for the room and my stay. I expected more.
