Conveniente para viajeros con automóvil.
En general el hotel está en buenas condiciones, limpio, y la cama confortable. El agua caliente de la regadera se enfrió muy pronto. No hay buenas opciones de restaurantes cercanos.

Pretty far from the Christmas market and city center but it’s nice and quiet and the staff were polite.

Very friendly front desk staff but disgustingly dirty room; toenails, random splatter, feces in and around the toilet, wads of toilet paper outside of the window, and the whole place smelled like a floral industrial cleaner at a truck stop.

The room was small even by European standards They had a huge American size Queen bed that was too big for the room. We had less than a foot on each side of the bed to move around or open a suitcase. Drove us nuts If they had a reasonable size bed for the room it would be so much nicer. Also, breakfast was terrible. They were out of eggs and bread. We asked for our money back. It is a new hotel, and very clean. The staff was friendly but need to get their act together to get a good rating from me.. Will not go back again

For a 4 stars hotel wasn't what I expected. The room bathroom didn't have a proper/standar door. It had a hanging panel as a door that didn't close well. The bathroom panel/door is next to head bed. You can see and hear everything what is happening in the bathroom.

Mold on ceiling
Everything was great. Comfortable room, and friendly staff. The only thing was that when we were ready to go to sleep we noticed mold on the corner ceiling. It was around midnight and the kids were already tucked in, so we knew moving to another room was not going to be an option. We were worried this would affect my kids sleep. Hen we brought it up to the front desk they just said it was humidity, but black mold doesn't happen overnight.

very average hotel with poor breakfast
Nice hotel in a reasonable location. Very average rooms and nothing exceptional. Standard Rooms are quite small and congested though nice view of the lake. Breakfast is below average and there is always shortage of one or the other items and they do not bother to replenish. Only 1 waited for the whole dining room and very sluggish service.

Hotel is very quiet, and in a quiet part of town. Rooms are modern, good sized and air conditioned. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. For my needs and purposes, it was perfect!!!
