“Great place for kids... and adults”

Great Wolf Lodge Poconos is a great family resort. The waterpark is lively and fun. There are of course modest waits for the couple big attractions as some others have pointed out. But for the most part you spend much more time sliding and splashing than waiting. There are slides galore as well as a wave pool, a lazy river, and an large soaking water fort. My kids are 4 and 6 and were able to do all but the very biggest attractions. We visited in the summer and also took advantage of the very nice outdoor pool. The Wolf Den room was very exciting for the kids. We found our room to be clean and comfortable. The one downside is the food which is expensive and average. I would recommend that folks bring some snacks and try to eat at least some meals outside of the resort. There are plenty of dining alternatives within a few miles. Overall, it is not a cheap vacation. But there is plenty of fun for everyone. We will be returning soon if only for one night.

“they should improve”

The water park was great a lot of fun for my kids. The food was very expensive and not good, I ordered hamburgers and it were wet and it came with frozen vegetables. I made a complain and I did not receive an apologize or a refund.The pizza hut save the day. I booked a kid Kamp and my daugther complain that the bed was unconfortable she said that it was very hard .

“A child's paradise!”

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my daughter knowing that it had a water park inside. She had been asking to go to a water park for sometime. This trip just happened to fit with staying here. I did not realize all of the other wonderful things that the hotel had to offer children until we stayed. Like story time every night. As well as fun activities too. The only complaints I had was that some children were left to run on their own after we had already gone to sleep and they were running up and down the halls unsupervised. Minor details of things in the room were well worn due to the fact that many children had stayed in the rooms and beaten things up fairly well. The room was clean and so was the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Finally, the food was expensive and not that great. The breakfast was buffet only. When we go again we will eat some where else. My last recommendation would be to get the fun package so that your child can play the video games, and make a stuffed animal it is a better value than doing it piece meal.

“Not the best. Infact quite expensive”

It is an expensive. Place and the lines were just too long. Kids got tired this time waiting on lines. Have been here at least 4 times but this time was ok.

“Fun!!”

We love the GWL. My boys always enjoy themselves in the water and playing the MagiQuest game. I have to admit, I love the water slides too. They also really enjoy the arcade. Even though we spent a more to go last minute on a weekend, it was worth the mini getaway. There is a great seafood restaurant right down the road that is delicious!!
