It was great

My family had a blast. Their were a lot of Orthodox Jews that were rude but we still had fun. We will be back.

Great family fun!

This is a great family hotel . Very expensive but since the waterpark is included with your stay then it's worth it. We had a great time. The bed could be better quality.

It was fun!

Cons: The food could be better especially for dinner. The breakfast buffet varied each day- not many healthy choices.
Location: We went to Camelback mountain and went snowboarding and tubbing. Great mountain and very close to the hotel!!
The food was better this time but no one told us about the Breakfast vouchers until our last day so we could have saved money.

Cons: Water pressure was very poor in the room. It was hardly enough to get the shampoo out of our hair.
We took our four kids, ages 12-18 and there was plenty for them to do. The loved the freedom of running down to Starbucks, to the arcade, or to the water park on their own. Room was plenty big for the six of us and we loved having the fridge and microwave.

Great water fun rides. Nice d├ęcor and atmosphere!

Pros: I accidentally left my suitcase in parking lot at departure. I left message for security who returned my call same day. It was shipped home to me.
Cons: The automated phone system takes awhile to answer and then to direct call to appropriate department.
Location: Easy access. Crossings outlet stores are almost next door after the hill to and from the lodge. I think hill location is charming and more secure.
We had been to Great Wolf once before during the previous summer. My grandkids so enjoyed the water rides and areas that I returned with them during this holiday season as their Christmas treat. The water area was not at all littered as it had been in the summertime. There seemed to be much more staff both in the water park and in the hotel. All the staff members that I interacted with were very pleasant and accommodating, especially the security personnel dealing with my forgotten suitcase.

Great time!

Visited here before and had an awesome time with my husband and four children. Was a bit chilly in some areas of the water park the first day this time, but the second day was perfect!! Will be back for sure.

Pros: everything
Cons: thought the magic quest should be included in price
We had a wonderful time at Great Wolf! The kids had a blast...rooms were super clean (fireplace suite is huge!), there was a ton to keep them busy (lots to spend money on) and the water park was awesome!
