Wonderful stay. Beautiful room with lovely view into the river and castle. Very convenient to downtown restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!!

Very convenient for shops and restaurants Dislikes, bed was extremely hard and car parking is limited, I only got parked in the car park once in a 4 night stay

Booked here because of the pool and sauna. They were great, but the hotel itself was just as good. Lovely interior and friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend!!

We really enjoyed our time here! The staff were awesome and the overall experience in the hotel was memorable. The location was amazing and facilities were better than expected! Had a lovely stay at this hotel, I had booked a cosy room which I didn’t know was outside of the main hotel building next door, this meant a 20 second walk outside to and from breakfast/reception/pool which wasn’t the best in November. However everything else from my stay was ideal. Perfect location, good pool, lovely breakfast with views of the castle and river ness. Staff very helpful and friendly giving me a map and advice on what to do/see in the local area. Really recommend this property, will stay there again if I return to Inverness although I’d make sure to book a room in the main building.

The BW was a nice stay. The lobby area and restaurant are quite nice. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel was on the River Ness which provided lovely views and walkability. If you are requiring lift assistance for any reason, this hotel has the smallest elevator I've ever seen. Maybe enough room for 1 person and a suitcase. I wouldn't try to fit more than that.

Loved the swimming pool, and that we were aloud to have drinks at the seating area of the pool. Accommodation was comfy & clean. Staff were friendly, polite & helpful and breakfast was fantastic. 5 of us in my group to celebrate my 50th. We had the best time and definitely come back. Thank you

Beautiful view of the river from our room. Great bed and nice room. The breakfast was decent and the pool and spa are nice. The location is great however there was construction going on during our stay.

this property is going through remodeling the outside was not clear in hotel markings and we walked right by it, room was okay but this needed attention as well, step climbing from the street and gaining access to the lift areas not well marked

Not worth over $300 a night. Room was in a separate building and very small and extremely hot. No AC and no screens on the window. No elevator. Not sure what the other hotels are like if this one is rated over 8/10

I was disappointed with the room. For >$800 CDN/night I had expected more. It's an old building, rooms need an update. Our bathroom door was one of those cheap hollow things, wouldn't close. No bathrobes or any niceties like that, which are usually found in a 4 star "executive suite". I think a 3 star rating would be more appropriate. This room would be 100-200/night in Canada...
