I've stayed here quite a few times. The rooms in the main hotel are looking a bit dated and whilst the rooms in the newer annex are more up t date they only have showers. Breakfast is good, I rarely in in hotels in the evening but I had a 3 course meal for £20, which was OK, but £7.50 for a large glass of wine is exhorbitant!!

Great value for money!Posted Oct 24, 2013
We stayed one night (sleep only) and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a good Best Western - nothing to write home about, but a great value for the price! I can recommend it!

We had a super time after a booking disasterPosted Aug 23, 2013
Pros: Just about everything. Had a great sleep as well
Cons: Nothing really
Location: Visited Holm Mills in the morning, then went to a Regimental day at Cameron Barracks
Our Inverness booking at another Hotel was cancelled the Day before our trip. Coming from Inverness I knew that would cause a problem as well disrupt our travel plans. Our stay was therefore restricted to one night instead of the planned two. As we enjoyed our stay and were made very welcome by all of your hotel staff

Great hotel that feels like home away from home!Posted Sep 14, 2012
We stayed at this hotel for two nights and highly recommend it. We received excellent service and enjoyed dining and the chance to have a drink with some locals. Will definitely stay there again if we make it back to the Highlands!

A hotel like a home.Posted Aug 15, 2012
Pros: Location, staff, function and guest rooms.
Cons: Bed a bit firmer than I like - personal view.
Location: Wonderful. Hilly area, near the river, about 30 - 40 minutes to down town.
The hotel is located in a lovely old house. My room was spacious and well appointed. The Wi Fi worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful in giving directions, organizing cabs, and giving advice. They went out of their way to be helpful and I felt they really put in the thought and time to answer any questions.. The hotel was away from the main downtown area of Inverness. I enjoyed the walk to and from downtown although I would not recommend it with a heavy suitcase. There were different ways to go downtown including along the River Ness and on other interesting and winding roads. It was not boring and I could have stayed there longer. The rooms were quiet and dark at night. I got to know the city a little by walking back and forth. Could also take a bus- - practically outside the door! - but I preferred the walk
