Friendly helpful staff. Room was immaculate, better than a lot of hotel's I've stayed in, in the past. Spacious room and great value for money. Definitely will come back again. Also the food at the Taverna at the bottom of the drive to the hotel had great food.

This was my 3rd time staying at the Range and I have to say it is great value for money. The Range is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in absolutely spotless. The staff are friendly and very helpful.Great location and good parking. Definitely recommend staying here will definitely be back.

Clean, quiet motel next to Nature reserve. 20 minute walk to train and town centre. Nice people and lovely cat at reception.

Quiet and comfortable
Lovely little spot in a quiet part of Aviemore. Easy walk to pubs, food, shops. No breakfast, but nearby options. Would stay there again.

Great hotel
This hotel was excellent. The room was really big, spotlessly clean and very warm when we arrived. Check in was very easy. I thought it would be more like a motel but it was just like a luxury hotel.

Although the High Range Hotel was just a one night stopover for us, we were very impressed and pleased with our choice. The check-in was quick and efficient, the room was immaculately clean and very well-equipped, and the whole complex was nicely presented with tidy, well-kept grounds and parking etc. Great value too! I'm not sure if the adjacent pizza restaurant is part of the High Range but we had 2 great take-away pizzas, and spent a short time having a beer there while we waited - great ambience and vibe.

Motorcycle Friendly Motel
Motorcycle touring for a week in NW Scotland, taking in the NC500, Skye, Arrochar and Aviemore. The was the cleanest and most refreshing accommodation we stayed in.

The staff even helped to deal with making a call inside the UK with a phone from outside the UK and it made my life much easier. It is a fair walk to town so driving makes getting food easier.

Great accommodation in the Cairngorms
Having had a couple of not so great experiences at other hotels in the Highlands, we went in with low expectations. Thankfully our expectations were well and truly exceeded. We had a great stay. Large room, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again, and recommend to others.

Aviemore gem!
We stayed in a superior king size bed corner suite, and it was nothing short of outstanding!!! Great room, great bed, great bathroom! This accommodation seems to have a variety of different options, but if you select the most expensive one (which was very reasonable) you will not be disappointed! Highly recommended!

We stayed two nights in Aviemore and loved the High Range! Check in was easy and the man working was super charming! He helped us locate the laundry as well. The rooms are very spacious and the hotel itself is super close to downtown and also the Caringorms if you plan on hiking or taking an excursion. We would absolutely stay here again.
