Cons: The pillows need changing out & a couple of lights weren't working.
The bed was very comfortable. Very good breakfast & well maintained hotel.

Cons: fix the heater in the pool for the kids
Loved the hotel, staff, and location. The people cleaning the rooms weren't very thorough. When I checked in there was trash in the bathroom trashcan (a grapefruit rind) The heater in the pool was not working so it was pretty cold. Staff was super friendly and helpful, rooms very comfortable, and breakfast was great!

Cons: Regular sized pillows - pillows were too small.
Location: Perkins, but the best meal is just a few blocks away. Rosita's Mexican Restaurant - makes the trip worth while!
Nice, clean, good free breakfast, next to a Perkins and WalMart is just down the street.

Pros: Check in staff was very friendly, the room was clean.
Cons: Per the description above, they need to pay attention to the quality of their beds.
Location: Great location for getting around Scottsbluff.
Hotel choices in Scottsbluff are limited, and we specifically wanted to stay in a nicer hotel. We had stayed at the Holiday Inn Express before and enjoyed it, but they wanted prepayment with no refund and we needed the flexibility of a 24 hour cancellation policy. Having enjoyed Hampton Inns before, we were looking forward to our stay. The check-in staff was very friendly, and the hotel was clean. But, when we got into bed, the bed was soft and broken down and we nearly had to hold on to avoid falling out of bed. In addition, we could hear every step of the person above us and every conversation in the hallway, no matter how soft. When we reported the bed condition, the desk clerk (different than the day before) gave an excuse that maybe it just came off of its frame and sent me on my way. Very disappointing experience. We could have stayed at the Super8 down the street for less money, because that is the level of quality we got from the Hampton Inn.

Pros: Good location, great restaurant within walking distance.
If you are traveling through Scottsbluff and need a comfortable place to stay, this it is. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Pros: It was very clean, modern with a friendly atmosphere and a nice breakfast. The bed was great.
Cons: My only complaint with this motel was that the shower was not very hot.
Location: Perkins in the parking lot and a Chili's right down the street
