My only problem with this stay was the morning I checked out. My family was up late and planed on sleeping in since check out was at 11:00 am. About 8:40am, I was wakened by knocking on the door. Before I could answer the door, Housekeeping took it upon their self to unlock the door and let themselves in my room. I was standing there in my underwear. Thank goodness I had to bar swung over. This did not make me happy.

Heated pool was freezing cold but all else nice

Pros: Very nice and very clean... elegant in appearance throughout.
Cons: Heat the pool Add a hot tub
Location: Beautiful roads with overlooks nearby for the motorcycle riding we we're doing.
I dropped by the hotel before booking it through Expedia so I could check it out. There were close by hotels with a good rating which I could have got for $40 less, but when the front desk person said they have an indoor pool heated to a comfortable 82 degrees, I was sold. We go to get in the pool and it was very cold! I called the front desk and an employee came, went into a closet, said she needed to call the manager, and while she was gone, we could feel heated water start coming out the pool jets. She came back a bit later and said the owner told her it "fluctuates". Fluctuating around 58 degrees maybe.. never got anywhere close to 82 before it stopped heating again. I feel like they just don't turn on the heat until someone complains and that its on some kind of a timer. No proof.. just awful strange coincidences. Everything else was awesome. Room was very comfortable and clean. The hot breakfast was delicious and offered great variety.

I booked online the day of our stay and check-in literally took one minute. The parking was good, well lit and the buildings' security was impressive. The room was clean and well laid out. The free breakfast was great. Choices were plentiful and the food was good. We would definitely stay there again.
