Service excellent, room spacious and clean. Location close to Blackman Street. Room 218 noisey due to opening/closing of main entrance door below.

Nice hotel close to Interstate 81

Cons: Nothing really
Location: Just off I 81. Makes it great if you're traveling through. Close to everything Wilkes-Barre has to offer, Just take a right on SR309 and you're their.
Reasonable price, very comfortable, and a great friendly staff. My wife and I will be back.

Adequate Accommodation at a reasonable price.

Cons: The cleaning staff should be more attentive.
We were late arriving and left early the following day. The room was comfortable; however, the cleaning staff had missed one of the four waste cans in the room and someone else's food was in it. When the front desk was told, they apologized. Unfortunately, we didn't notice this until we were leaving as we tend to use only one waste can instead of all that are available.

Good basic hotel.

Room was good though truck noise from the highway was distracting. We heard lots of people talk about how they 'always stay there'. Good value.

Easily accessible hotel

Pros: Customer service is great.
Cons: Rooms on Highway side quieter. Better breakfast.
Location: A good choice of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. nearby.
This was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff was excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean. My only problem with the room this time is that it was facing Highway 81. Next time I will ask for a room on the other side because I'm a light sleeper and the traffic on 81 (trucks) is very heavy therefore my sleep is often interrupted. The breakfast wasn't as complete as usual; gave me the impression that whoever was in charge of the breakfast didn't come in that day (Sunday) and the girls at reception had to take over. For example: no waffles. I would stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel close to interstate access

Pros: Very clean
Cons: A little bigger breakfast room.
Location: Location is great for us.
We like staying at this hotel, clean comfortable and reasonable. Would like to see a detailed map of exits and numbers and where they are, especially when going north as that can be a little tricky.
