"Large room, spotlessly clean. Within walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Easy drive to V&A Waterfront. All staff were extremely polite and courteous. "

"An excellent lodging experience. The view of the canal was beautiful and serene. The food and drink options were exceptional and very economical. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was superior, except the desk light didn't work, even though i swapped out the light bulbs."

"Staff all very helpful and friendly, remembering breakfast tea preferences without being asked. Lots of advice from front of house and doormen about various places of interest. Room clean, set up as single beds as I was lone traveller, but happy to make it into double as my preference. Bathroom clean, fresh towels every day, could improve shower curtain though to glass side instead. (My only complaint) again personal preference. Two minutes to sea front. Restaurant attached very cheerful, staff singing Happy Birthday to guests and occasional burst of line dancing, all good family friendly fun. I would certainly recommend and return. "
