“Great location”

Very nice hotel for a reasonable price. The complimentary breakfast is better than most. The pool and hot tub were nice. Convenient location to beaches and shopping.

“Visit a great area with so much to do!”

Great price, convenient (if not interesting) location. Quiet, good breakfast. Hotel staff not knowledgeable about the area, but plenty of brochures available. Stick to the seafood restaurants - fresh and delicious.

“Seabrook Holiday Inn Express Suites”

I've stayed at this hotel before. It's comfortable and has a good breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, this time they put me in a first floor room next to the air conditioning unit that woke me up about every 2 hours because it was loud.

“Pretty good hotel”

This hotel was fine, especially for the price. The room was really nice, large and clean. Location was very quiet at night. The management really needs to replace the carpet in the halls and elevator - it is really worn and stained. The neighborhood was OK, but was a little farther from the beach than I expected. The breakfast in the morning was just what you expect from this kind of hotel. The food was fresh and tasty. If you're going for the beach, this location is a good if you want to get away from the noisy boardwalk at night and don't mind driving. But if you want to be in the midst of the beach scene, pay more for one of the hotels on the beach.

“Not impressed”

I was very disappointed in the room maintanence. We had a do not disturb sign on our door until we left the room at approx 2 pm on Friday. At that time we removed the sign and saw the room service cart on our floor. When we returned to the room late in the evening, our room had not been serviced. i called the front desk so we could at least have fresh towels for the morning. I was informed I needed to go down to the lobby desk to obtain them. When I complained that the room had not been cleaned I was told that we "left too late in the day to have the service done". I was unaware that there was a "time constraint to receive service daily. He stated that the room service people had gone home early. Again, I state the service cart was still on our floor when we left the room that day. The breakfast buffet was adequate every day but Sunday. The emplyee was apparently unable to keep up with the volume of people and was unable to keep everything available for guests. I would not use this hotel again unless they improved their service. I certainly hope it is not a reflection of their entire company.
