A clock would have been nice.

Cons: Breakfast was lacking.
Disappointing, especially being an 86-year-old staying upstairs and no elevator. I was also not able to get the van from the airport to the hotel, because dialing 64, no one answered, so I had to take a cab. Person on staff at night could not speak understandable English. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

It's a place to stay and close to everything.

Pros: Close to public transportation, restaurants and the freeway.
Cons: Clean the carpets and get a fridge and microwave in every room. The internet was too slow and the tv's were bad.
Location: Close to public transportation, restaurants and the freeway.
It's an inexpensive hotel that did the job. The rooms were pretty clean except for the carpet. Wear socks! There was no way to tell the maid not to clean your room everyday so don't leave any valuables lying around. Also, if you have rented a car, get a compact car cause because parking here sucks. Cars are nested 3-4 deep. Luckily I had a compact car and there is always a spot for a FIAT. The internet is slow and cable is bad. If you are out during the day and just crash for the night, this is a good hotel if you are on a budget.

Never Again

Pros: Free shuttle to airport
Started out with not enough towels for compliment. Supposed to be a non-smoking room....Don't know what the smell was, probably a cross between smoke and air freshener. No soap. Anti-quated T.V.

No Help What So Ever

Posted Aug 10, 2014
Getting ready for an international flight, my assistant accidently booked a one night room the same day as the flight. I went to check in and was told my reservation was for tomorrow and they were booked full this evening. I asked to be refunded and they say they don't do refunds. The desk clerk was rude and no help what so ever. Expedia tried to help but the funds were paid directly to the hotel and not Expedia. Yes, the fault was ours. Yet being rude at the situation really didn't help. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Less than expected...

Pros: The name, America's Best Value Inn. It did not meet my expectations.
Cons: Cleanliness, fix the broken toilet that wasn't affixed to the ground. Clean around the corners, flush the toilets, after cleaning.
Location: Nothing except it's close to the Airport.
Started with 70 minute wait for shuttle van to pick me up from airport. Room had odor, not too clean smelling and appearing. Went to use bathroom, and someone had previously used it, not flushed, then put a ribbon on it to appear fresh and ready for use. Found dead bugs, and a couple live ones in the room. There were noticeable stains on carpet. Toughed it out, as I was exhausted from travels. I was expecting simple, but clean for the cost, but had I not been so tired, I might've backed out of the agreement, to find decent accommodations. I've done that once before, when getting a room for economc reasons made me fear for my safety. This was not dangerous, but dissapionting.

A place to sleep.

Pros: Close to SeaTac Airport. Very reasonably priced.
Cons: Clean the carpets, update furniture.
Location: Close to airport. Close to IHop.
We had just stayed at an upscale "Inn" which was noisy and hot. When we arrived at Americas Best, the air conditioner worked, the water was hot and everything worked except the TV which was difficult to run and limited in channel selection. WiFi worked well. Carpet needed cleaning, bed was comfortable. Employees were very nice and helpful.
