Very nice place for the price. The staff were all friendly and the room was clean and well kept. Fairly modern building and breakfast was good too. It’s in a sketchy neighborhood but it’s also only about 10 minutes from the airport and rental car facility which is a nice perk. Will stay here again on my next visit to Seattle

Location was convenient as it was close to the airport but the room’s first impression wasn’t the best. I asked front desk for a playpen they said they would double check and call me back. They never called me back. As a traveling family that really was a bummer. I wouldn’t recommend this for a family.

The bathroom had ants in it. we had to lay down towels on the washroom floor just to use it as there were initially right when we enter the room about five spotted. The room had a lot of dust everywhere, and we actually had to go out to the grocery store and buy antibacterial spray just to spray our bed sheets and the curtains. The curtains in the rooms are partially transparent so people can see in if they look hard enough. The phones in the room do not work. You can call the front desk and you can hear them, but they cannot hear you. The rooms are very humid and musky. If you have allergies or any skin conditions like eczema, I definitely would not recommend staying here. The front desk staff was not very kind, they did not know how to greet customers and we’re not very clear while speaking, and it came across as them being annoyed at us. Definitely would not recommend for families or couples. It appears and is more like a truck stop hotel. Only thing that we enjoyed was the breakfast.

I was worried as I walked into the lobby because it smelled like smoke. But the hallways and rooms did not. The rest of the hotel was amazing. I played in the game room with my kids and went to the pool and hottub. It was great to use before our very long flight. Defiantly will go back again

The stay was decent, beds were comfy and overall it wasn't a bad stay. However, the shower would only heat to lukewarm water, and the coffee maker had grounds all over it and the table it was on when we first checked into the room. There were some hairs on the wall in the shower from the previous guests as well. Not a big deal, it just wasn't as clean as I would have liked, and some other folks would have been really unhappy with it. Nearest ice maker and restroom was out of order, but the staff was all very friendly and helpful, and the game room was lovely.

The place is clean. The beds moved with just the slightest bit of movement. This was very disruptive to me and my hubby. Our sleep was constantly interrupted. There is no overnight parking. If I would have known that I would have stayed somewhere else.

We stayed overnight for an early flight. Staff was very nice, allowed us to choose what floor we wanted to stay on. Pool was open and clean. The hotel is near the airport and convenient but we drove past a drive by shooting at the intersection and almost changed our mind about staying. Limited food nearby, we ate at IHOP which was convenient and had good service. We had a nonsmoking room but I’m sensitive to smells and can tell people don’t always abide by this. A ozone cleaner may help in the future with ensuring a cleaner air in the room.

Thank you Brandon for staying with us. We are a 100% non smoking hotel but you are correct there are some people that believe those rules apply to everyone but themselves. We do have a smoke eater machine that helps greatly when we find a room which the guests has smoked in. We loved the breakfast and the pool. However the room had lots of small black bugs climbing on us. The area around the SeaTac airport is super sketchy. The staff also wasn’t the most accommodating and seemed to be very put out over getting us another blanket.

We got to the room both toilets in our sweet were clogged upon arrival we told the desk they said there was no maintenance and nothing they could do so finally my husband had to ask them to give him a plunger so he could do it himself when there was 2 people at the front desk one a man he could have done it so we didn’t have to since we came into it clogged so not like we did it! Then my husband fell on their super slick stairs going down to the pool which didnt have the drippy tape like all the other stairs did hurting his leg bruising it all down the front and hurting his toe at this point we were over it so we stayed overnight and left! The staff in the breakfast area was so rude and unpleasant! Will for sure stay elsewhere next time we go to Seattle which is often! The room was big and fit the family of 6 very well though!!

When we checked in, we were given a really nice and spacious room which we were impressed by—until we looked at the bed and saw a live ant crawling on it! My sister then checked the sheets and saw two MORE dead ants UNDER the sheets! We called down to the front desk where they moved us immediately. (Rightfully so) The second room we were in thankfully had no bugs, BUT it was significantly smaller and the sink was clogged, causing an immensely annoying slow drain which made it hard for us to do basic things like wash our hands or even brush our teeth, because the clogged water made the sink gross. There was also water stains on the ceiling and the paint on the top of the wall was peeled from the water stains. Definitely was given a veryyyy false illusion of this hotel being a LOT nicer than it actually was. And then the audacity to charge a $100 fee for the room when we checked in (which still has not been refunded to me), for the rooms to be as gross as they were!! We didn’t even want to transfer rooms the second time because we were only staying one night and we were so exhausted by that point, it didn’t even make sense. I made sure to call down to the guest services to ensure that we were not blamed for the clogging issue, and they told us they couldn’t get it fixed until the next day, which by that point we would be leaving! The plane noise was fine as I’m from NYC where I’m used to all loud sounds any hour of the night, but I would never stay here again.
