Never Disapponted

Pros: Liked the friendly and helpful staff. Service was good and so was the restaurant.
Location: Great that it was walking distance to Space Center and the monorail that takes you downtown.
Have stayed at the Best Western in other states and once again can say that it meets the expectations.

Eh

Pleasantly surprised by how nice the actual hotel room was based on the outside view of the hotel and the area it was in. Didn't seem like a safe location and the building looked very old and dingy. Luckily the room was clean and comfortable. We wished the underground parking garage had the gate up and so you had to use the room key to get in. Overall, just didn't really feel like a safe place. Luckily it was a short walk to the space needle and a decent walk to get downtown.

Close to all attractions

Everything was walking distance. Beds were quite comfy. Only downside was internet was free but no one told us password was changed. We had to call the toll free number to get new password. Would have been nice if hotel staff provided this info other than that it was a pleasant stay

All about location

Posted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Carpets are dirty and elevators were scary.
The only thing this hotel has going for it is it's location. The hotel is old and in serious need of a renovation. The rooms are small and the elevators sounded like they would break down any moment. However, if you don't plan on spending anytime in the hotel it's a great location. You can walk to the Seattle Center in 5 minutes and to all the resturants in Belltown easily. They also have underground parking and laundry facilities which was great. So long story short disappointing hotel in a spectacular spot.

Pros: The location...you can take monorail.
Location: 2 blocks away from the Space Needle.
The Best Western is centrally located and you can take the monorail easily. They have a covered secured parking garage at an extra charge.

Hotel staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is a great value, centrally located, and within easy walking distance to local attractions. The highlight was the amazingly comfortable beds!

Across the street from Space Needle.

We arrived by shuttle late at night. Had a beautiful view of the Space Needle all lit up from our window. The hotel is in need of an update but it was fine for a quick stop over. Had quite a walk to the ferry terminal but it was a pretty walk. Decent lodging but a little pricey for what you get and not as close to the terminal as I thought, but that is what you get in downtown Seattle.
