You can have better option with the same price

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: Staff is friendly
Cons: Room facilities are old, room is dark, and have a bit smell
Location: Space Needle & Chihuly Museum
Location is great to Space Needle and Chihuly Glass Museum. Manageable walking distance to downtown, such as Pike place. However, for ppl carrying luggages want to take light rail to/from airport, it's a bit inconvenience.

Great little hotel

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Location, price, amenities, free WiFi
Cons: Comforters instead of blankets in the winter. Staff should be more welcoming and enthusiastic.
Location: Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Pacific Science Centre, Key Arena
My teenage daughter and I recently had a great three night stay at this hotel. The location is super convenient, close to Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Pacific Science Centre, Key Arena and the monorail which takes you straight downtown (a few min ride, $4.50 return). I have read some of the comments criticizing the hotel for outdated furniture. I think those comments are unreasonable considering how cheap the place is. If you want fancy furniture and a renovated hotel, go to a 4+ start hotel and expect to pay way more. The room was clean, microwave and fridge (both very clean) were a nice little touch, as well as free WiFI. The only thing, front staff did not smile and they looked like they really did not want to be there. Another negative was thin blankets on the beds (no extras) and it was raining and cold, being that it was March in Seattle (A/C and heating available though). Also, construction noise all around (not hotel's fault), which did not bother us since we were gone all day. Would definitively stay there again.

The whole staff were friendly and on task. Our floor was quiet at night. Location was easy to walk between downtown and Space Needle.

A nice economic hotel with great view and location

Posted Mar 14, 2015
Pros: Location, view, stuff
Location: Space needle, EMP museum, Pacific Science Center, Children's museum. Pike market.
Hotel is centrally located and convenient to all the attractions in downtown Seattle. Walk to Seattle center and Pike market. Room is clean and stuff are very nice and helpful. There is no swimming pool but for the price and location it is completely acceptable. Highly recommend if you plan to visit most the scenes around downtown Seattle during your stay in Seattle.

Close to Space Needle/Seattle Center

Posted Mar 10, 2015
This is our third stay at this hotel. Close to Seattle Center and Key Arena. This time added charges for parking and no free breakfasts. They didn't tell us till we showed up. Still great location and nice hotel. Wish they would just include those extras in the price. I don't like added charges

Perfect location for sightseeing

Posted Mar 9, 2015
Location: Seattle Center, Chihuly Glass & Garden, Space Needle, Monorail
I stayed here for two nights and it was a perfect home base for all of our touristy activities. We walked to the Seattle Center for the Chihuly Glass (amazing!!!) and the Needle as well as a good selection of restaurants. The Monorail takes you in to the Pike Place Market area in no time at all. Comfortable and clean room with a fridge which was nice. The staff were super friendly. Only negative was the room service items from other guests that sat in the hallway for nearly 24 hours before being removed. I would have appreciated free parking but I wasn't surprised that I had to pay either.

Excellent location, facility needs a bit update

Posted Mar 6, 2015
the location of hotel could not be better. we are within 5 minutes walking distance from the Space Needle. the staff are helpful and very warm. the hot breakfast is definitely a plus. the facility looks like about 20+ year old so it will need a little update. nice to have a small but functional business center where i could do some work while traveling with family. the Pale Ale at the Bar is fantastic. parking is under ground garage and charges about 15 dollars per day so that is a bit expensive but knowing this is city center Seattle. Overall, very good hotel worth recommending.

Cons: heating was not working
help was available when our heater was not working properly. We got all the blankets necessary to keep us warm.
