Through the eye of the Needle!

Posted May 26, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Update furniture
Location: Space Needle, EMP building, Duck tours, Science center, etc. were all within a few blocks form the hotel!
If you are planning to see the Space Needle and experience the other many things around it this hotel is an excellent option. Me, my wife and 2 daughters had a fabulous time during our four day adventure in Seattle with the help of our hotel's best feature: location, location, location! We were able to park our car upon arrival (which was only $15 a day) and not use it again until we left. The condition of the chair in the room was a little scary, but not a big deal as the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We tried the hotel breakfast the first morning and it was good, but for $7.95 we ended up getting McDonalds breakfasts for less the other mornings as it was less than a block away and in route to the Space Needle. The vending machines in the hotel had the best prices I saw during our entire trip (go figure). Would definitely stay again.

Convenient to places we wanted to go.

Posted May 26, 2015
Hotel was great. Stephanie at front desk was very helpful. Scale in exercise room was broken. Could have used to help weigh luggage. Cleaning staff doesn't understand the eco program. Kept changing towels we wanted to reuse even after putting sign directly on the towels.

very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, comfortable

Posted May 25, 2015
Pros: quiet, clean, friendly and it fit my budget.
Cons: the bar could be improved to make it a bit more inviting.
Location: go to the 5 point cafe is a must see, the rest is city stuff you get everywhere..if you want to seee dowtown town then stay in a hotel downtown.
only 1 night, but it was relaxing. I would stay here again, the lady on the front desk was kind and friendly. There are a few places to have a drink near by, the bar in the hotel is a typical Hatch bar, fine for long haul like me. Breakfast was self service and at 10 bucks very affordable and the food was nice too. overall i would come back to this hotel.

Great Hotel close to many of Seattle's attractions

Posted May 25, 2015
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We walked to many of Seattle's main attractions. Walking to Pike Street was easy. Hotel room was clean, loved the view of the Space needle. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Service wasn't the best.

Nice room with a nice view

Posted May 24, 2015
Pros: 2 bed room I was in was HUGE!
Location: Downtown is close by and if you need something to munch on, Walgreen's is less then a minute away.
Nothing to fancy and at a good price, location is a hop and a skip away from downtown and the monorail is nearby. I was there when there was construction nearby so it was a complete zoo but other than that I say spend an extra few $$$ to stay here.

Very noisy

Posted May 16, 2015
We stayed three nights and were woken every night between 2:30am and 5:30am by very loud banging which I think were trucks emptying dumpsters at the rear of the hotel. In addition, the pillows were very firm and thick which gave us both stiff necks. We have stayed at this hotel several times before with no problems, but I don't think we will be staying there again.

Location: Space needle, EMP museum, Pacific science center
Convenient transportation to Westlake (by monorail). Also, there are many hot spots in that area.

Everything was great other than the squeeky door opening and banging shut when the staff walked through checking the hotel every hour during the night.
